I started to go to Dorothy's boot camps to strength train,but learned so much more. If you are a beginner she will patiently walk you through each step and if you are advanced she will push you to the next level. She caters your workout to how you'd like it and it shows how much she cares. I also enjoy her workouts because in a group setting I get support from the other people who attend.
