I started training with Baron in January 2016 and it's the best thing I've ever done! I had been in a car accident and needed help with corrective exercises to regain core strength to help alleviate back pains. Took a few months, but finally with strength training, the pain is gone! And it I'm down 27lbs and have never felt better! Baron is very knowledgeable and keeps me on track. He keeps things fun so I never feel bored. No matter how much I complain, he pushes me to new limits and shows me that I can do more than I thought possible. It's great to have someone be so supportive and have so much faith in me! My original goal was just to stop the pain, now, Baron is helping me to set new goals and we keep reaching them! I'm 8lbs away from my target weight goal... after that... NEW GOAL! The only problem I have now is that all my clothes fit me too big and I keep having to buy new smaller clothes... not a bad problem to have. Honestly couldn't have done it without Baron's support!

Aaron is awesome personal trainer. His session is not only assist training, but also eating habits, way of stretch and so on. These are very helpful for me. I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. I trained and took High Intensity Interval Training with Cassie for over three years and she is, simply put, amazing. She motivates you to push yourself but is careful not to let you overdo anything so that you put yourself at risk for injury. She provides excellent training and nutritional advice as well. Cassie is the best!!

Like a lot of folks, I’ve been trying to balance a busy schedule and spend a lot of hours during the day sitting in front of a computer. I came to Vince looking for help with conditioning and was curious about martial arts. I was also feeling rather nervous and shy about training. My observations so far: Vince listens carefully and knows how to ask questions that get right to the heart of the matter. He’s a rare combination of technical expertise and emotional intelligence, and more importantly a down-to-earth personable coach. He has the ability to drive the big picture (reminding me of goals) while at the same time paying attention to an amazing amount of detail (proper technique training). I absolutely love pad training with him (it caught me off guard how quickly it gets my heart rate going) and he mixes in TRX and Boot Camp elements into our training sessions to keep me engaged. I couldn’t be more pleased with our sessions and look forward to continuing with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel empowered and experience the benefits of a seasoned coach.
I've been training with Jason for just about a year. Since we started, I've lost 11 pounds. More importantly, I've been about to reduce my diabetes meds by 75%. It's been a life changing experience. Jason has a deep understand of the body, and how various training programs impact different people. I trained with Herman for about 8 months to get in shape for my wedding. He's incredibly knowledgeable, very patient and knew how to push me out of my comfort zone, but not in a way that made me too uncomfortable. I did lose weight but the best result was that I got stronger and felt amazing. I no longer live in the Bay Area, otherwise I'd have kept training with him. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a quality trainer in SF.
I had Sanchez as a trainer for about two years before I moved out of town. I still make sure to see him when I travel back to town. Dude knows his stuff, is light-hearted but unrelenting, and actually gets results. Recommended for those focusing on strength training, though he might Zumba like a motherfucker; I don't know.
