But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone! "See more

As a very skeptical person, I pushed off working with a personal trainer for a long time due to the fear that it’d be a waste of money, time, and/or I simply would not like the trainer. As I know many have this same mindset, let me make it crystal clear that this was not the case at all with Jason. Jason is beyond knowledgeable in the gym, and he will hear you loud and clear on what your goals are. He will then make a personalized plan for you to make sure you see those results—yes, I am guaranteeing you results if you go with Jason and do as he says. Feeling pain while doing a certain exercise? No worries! Jason knows exactly what you need to adjust to make that pain go away. Have an injury you’re worried about? No worries! Jason will happily adjust your plan so you're not risking further injury. I firmly believe Jason can make an efficient and effective plan for anyone! Aside from a quality plan and workout, you are also guaranteed a good friend. Jason is a genuine and sincere person who wants the best for you all around—which is rare in itself. Moreover, he will make you feel comfortable in the gym and leave you wanting to constantly do better and be better. When I started working with Jason in November, I had initially planned to only do it for three months. Yet, those three months quickly turned into five, and we are still going!
