One of best decisions we made on our Wedding Day (besides saying "I DO!") was having Events by M&M as our Wedding Planner! Meg West & her team were absolutely amazing! After months of trying to plan our destination wedding in Santa Barbara on our own - I reached out to Events by M&M. After just one phone call with Meg, she made me feel a million times better about the planning process and saved us from spending way over our budget! Meg really understood us and our entire wedding vision. She and her team took care of all the details from managing our Vendors to keeping track of our lists, RSVP's, creating our floor plan, timelines, photographer/videographer schedules, decorations, music, lighting, etc. On the day of our Wedding, Meg was like a mind reader! She literally had every thing covered and we did not have to worry about a thing! She is absolutely amazing at what she does, and we are so lucky to have found her! Thanks to Events by M&M, our Wedding Day (and all the planning leading up to it) was more perfect than we could've ever dreamed!!!

Since our wedding two weeks ago, my husband and I have repeatedly said that Holly is the BEST investment we made during our wedding planning process. I literally don't know how to put into words the value of Holly's hard work before and during our special day. But I'll try! :) I was super questionable about hiring a wedding coordinator for our wedding. My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry and thought we might be able to find a friend or do all the planning ourselves. (That was naive of us) However, once I had my first conversation with Holly, I was sold. Not only is she super organized and detailed- oriented, she has a very specific method for how she creates a successful wedding for each couple. She gets to know the couple and their priorities for their wedding, giving her the ability to make any necessary decisions during the day of, so the couple will not be bothered and able to enjoy their experience. What more can you ask for?! Not only that, but Holly was completely open to OUR vision of the day. She places no judgement on how the wedding "should" be or what is typically traditional. She truly wants it to be your experience. Holly was prompt in her responses, kept me on track and remembered everything we wanted out of our day. She even drove my husband and I to our rehearsal dinner so we didn't have to worry about taking a car! She just goes above and beyond in every possible way. Our wedding day was completely seamless. Everyone says at least one thing will go wrong on the day of your wedding, just plan for that and expect it...I can honestly say, nothing went wrong during our wedding day and I completely attribute that to Holly! The timing was impeccable and we had the best experience of our life. In addition, even our families, wedding party and guests continually commented on what an expert Holly is! Please take my word for it and hire this woman! You will not be disappointed!!!

Brenda Cali with Gatherings for Good helped me create our perfect wedding. We hired Gatherings for Good at the beginning of our 9 month engagement and throughout the engagement process she kept us on track and made the engagement care free! Every now and again we would get an email from Brenda reminding us of what we should be planning and often times meeting with us to go over what we had planned. Brenda was always available when we needed to meet, was very organized and had many helpful suggestions for us. Our rehearsal was seamless because of Brenda and her expertise! My husband is from England and weddings are a little different there. She helped organize the British lads to help them feel comfortable knowing their role for the big day! On the big day we had a lot of decor items that Brenda and Gatherings for Good was able to decorate exactly how we asked and as a bride I never had one worry during the day that things would not be done how we had wanted them! The day was perfect and as the evening progressed I had no notice that Brenda was orchestrating the wedding. We had met before the big day and throughly discussed everything with her and during our wedding we were able to enjoy each other and our guests as she kept the evening flowing! At the end of the evening we were able to leave as she carefully gathered all our items and organized them back into the provided boxes. We trusted Brenda and Gatherings for Good for our most important day and it truly was perfect! I would highly recommend Gatherings for Good - the price point was reasonable and most importantly Brenda was kind and super fun to work with! We are now fortunate to say that our wedding planner has become one of our friends! Thank you for all you did for us and we know other brides will be lucky when they can call you their wedding planner!

The short: Savannah surpassed our expectations. Viki and I are thinking about getting married one more time so we can work with Savannah again! The long: Savannah provided day-of wedding coordination for our wedding. Even though she was contracted for just one day, she regularly checked in with us during wedding planning to offer assistance and advice. She made time to be available over phone, email, and in person for meetings with venue representatives, other vendors, and myself and my wife. She never lost track of a single detail. From the rehearsal to the day of she did a fantastic job. We surrendered the event to her and were able to have a blast on the biggest day of our lives. She took care of EVERYTHING: coordinating vendors, grabbing us for photo ops, keeping the event at a perfect pace, and likely solving all kinds of problems that I never even knew came up. She helped decorate, prepared my wife's bridal bouquet, and helped take everything down at the end of the night. She even dropped our things off at our Hotel Room while we were at the after party! We had no worries for the entire night and got to spend time with our guests and enjoying the moment. I cannot recommend someone more highly. From our perspective, the event went flawlessly and we hope to have an opportunity to work with her again in the future!

Cari made my wedding day a complete success!! I could not have done it without her help. There was nothing that went wrong on my wedding day, and if there was, Cari kept it private and I never knew about it. As a bride, I did not get one thing asked of me on the wedding day. She took all the pressure off of my husband and I. Our event ran so smooth and we got endless compliments on how incredible our wedding was. Everything was more amazing than I ever dreamed of and came to life because of Cari. She listened to everything I wanted and didn't try to make it her wedding. She is so easy to work with and was there for all the help and questions I had along the way. I highly recommend Cari. She is very knowledgeable in her field and has built relationships with local vendors. On the wedding day, it is the vendors responsibility to pull-through and Cari made sure they all did. From day one, Vanessa and Timothy was absolutely amazing! They are hands down the most helpfull and professional people I have worked with while planning my wedding and no effort was to much for them. After searching months for the perfect sequin tablecloths, we finally found them and from there, organising to get it to PE and arranging to meet Vanessa and Timothy was a breeze!       Jessica was amazing! I was definitely a bridezilla but Jessica was so on top of it that it eased my mind and made the day perfect.       Brittany was my Personal Attendant at my wedding and was not only my rock that day, she was my hero! Brittany has such a positive, pleasant demeanor that you want her calm and confident presence around you on the most important day of your life! Brittany was ready to tackle any problem that came our way, and did so with a smile on her face. As much as think you have everything under control on your big day, inevitably something doesn't go as planned. When random things would go awry, Brittany was there to help find extra band aids, more hairspray, help the photographer, set-up the guest book, help my bridesmaids with their dresses. But most importantly, Brittany was right by my side all day, and all evening, to ensure I did not have to stress about anything, no matter how big or small. If she had not been at my side on this very important day, I would have been a stressed out, nervous wreck! I cannot recommend Brittany enough for her above and beyond services. She is absolutely the best!
