The short: Savannah surpassed our expectations. Viki and I are thinking about getting married one more time so we can work with Savannah again! The long: Savannah provided day-of wedding coordination for our wedding. Even though she was contracted for just one day, she regularly checked in with us during wedding planning to offer assistance and advice. She made time to be available over phone, email, and in person for meetings with venue representatives, other vendors, and myself and my wife. She never lost track of a single detail. From the rehearsal to the day of she did a fantastic job. We surrendered the event to her and were able to have a blast on the biggest day of our lives. She took care of EVERYTHING: coordinating vendors, grabbing us for photo ops, keeping the event at a perfect pace, and likely solving all kinds of problems that I never even knew came up. She helped decorate, prepared my wife's bridal bouquet, and helped take everything down at the end of the night. She even dropped our things off at our Hotel Room while we were at the after party! We had no worries for the entire night and got to spend time with our guests and enjoying the moment. I cannot recommend someone more highly. From our perspective, the event went flawlessly and we hope to have an opportunity to work with her again in the future!

Since our wedding two weeks ago, my husband and I have repeatedly said that Holly is the BEST investment we made during our wedding planning process. I literally don't know how to put into words the value of Holly's hard work before and during our special day. But I'll try! :) I was super questionable about hiring a wedding coordinator for our wedding. My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry and thought we might be able to find a friend or do all the planning ourselves. (That was naive of us) However, once I had my first conversation with Holly, I was sold. Not only is she super organized and detailed- oriented, she has a very specific method for how she creates a successful wedding for each couple. She gets to know the couple and their priorities for their wedding, giving her the ability to make any necessary decisions during the day of, so the couple will not be bothered and able to enjoy their experience. What more can you ask for?! Not only that, but Holly was completely open to OUR vision of the day. She places no judgement on how the wedding "should" be or what is typically traditional. She truly wants it to be your experience. Holly was prompt in her responses, kept me on track and remembered everything we wanted out of our day. She even drove my husband and I to our rehearsal dinner so we didn't have to worry about taking a car! She just goes above and beyond in every possible way. Our wedding day was completely seamless. Everyone says at least one thing will go wrong on the day of your wedding, just plan for that and expect it...I can honestly say, nothing went wrong during our wedding day and I completely attribute that to Holly! The timing was impeccable and we had the best experience of our life. In addition, even our families, wedding party and guests continually commented on what an expert Holly is! Please take my word for it and hire this woman! You will not be disappointed!!!

After months of trying to plan our destination wedding in Santa Barbara on our own - I reached out to Events by M&M. After just one phone call with Meg, she made me feel a million times better about the planning process and saved us from spending way over our budget! Meg really understood us and our entire wedding vision. She and her team took care of all the details from managing our Vendors to keeping track of our lists, RSVP's, creating our floor plan, timelines, photographer/videographer schedules, decorations, music, lighting, etc. On the day of our Wedding, Meg was like a mind reader! She literally had every thing covered and we did not have to worry about a thing! She is absolutely amazing at what she does, and we are so lucky to have found her! There was nothing that went wrong on my wedding day, and if there was, Cari kept it private and I never knew about it. As a bride, I did not get one thing asked of me on the wedding day.
