Mary R. says, "I can’t recommend Steve Flores more for his customer service, attention to detail, and work he put into my little duplex. I typically have long-term tenants (several years at a time) and end up needing to do renovations each time. This time around, I need a bit of everything to include tile flooring, baseboards, bathroom fixtures and lighting, closet installation, kitchen countertop and all the plumbing work. Steve also addressed termite damage that included insulation, drywall, texture, painting and outside gates and fence, Steve did it all! And on top of everything else, he even installed new blinds and new kitchen hardware for me. Overall, he was pleasant, efficient, organized (he gave me receipts for everything for traceability). My duplex is looking beautiful and ready to be rented out again thanks to Steve. Can’t thank him enough!"See more

Aaron was amazing! He installed a pocket door in my office area. He sent a very detailed estimate of what the work would entail before the job started and a pricing estimate. Day one arrived and we ran into a slight hiccup (I ordered the wrong frame) he helped come up with solutions to work with what we had. Ultimate I decided to buy the correct frame, which he went and picked up for me. Installed, plastered, painted, added base boards back, put hardware on the door.
