Dan is a very knowledgeable trainer who also has a flexible schedule. He comes to my home and even entertains my 7 month old while we're training. I would highly recommend!
After decades o f attempting to achieve core fitness training on my own, and at other gyms, Joe's in-depth training experience and one on one customization of workout routines has been nothing short of a miracle for a 71 year old lazy man. I think my year plus with him motivated him to focus on the needs of the 60+ community because we have individual needs and ailments that are just not addressed by mass-production trainers and gyms.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Dan has done such a good job training me and continues to impress me everytime. He gave me a personalized laminated workout and nutrition book. I have worked with a number of trainers and that was a first! I learn so much about nutrition, muscle growth and losing weight from Dan. It definitely pays off to have a trainer that does non-stop research, learns the science behind things, has accredited sources from all this information. There is so much bad information out there on the internet you need a trainer that digs deep to find the real info! You need this guy, he is awesome! I will continue to work with Dan even when I reach my goals, and tell everyone I know. Change your life with Dan!!!
Jeff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. I know that he is here to help me along my fitness journey. I have worked with other trainers in the past and Jeff by far is the best. He focuses not only on exercise, but also incorporates nutritional guidance. This is important for me since food has been an issue, and not knowing what to eat and when to eat. He put together my entire program from proper dynamic warm-ups, strength training and foam rolling, which has increased my flexibility tremendously. He makes working out fun! Challenges me all the time, but knows when to push me, and pushes me safely. I have learned so much from him and so many different ways to work out. He utilizes many different pieces of equipment and I don't get bored. My results have been amazing! I have lost 15 pounds and 5% body fat. My strength and endurance is much better and I'm doing activities that I have not done in years. I would recommend Jeff to anyone out there who wants a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience, and an educated professional who is always on top of his game!

I used JJ to help me lose the 10 pounds I had been working on for the few months prior. Once I found JJ he put me on a program that finally enabled me to lose that last 10 pounds I had been working on. He's a great trainer, he's well informed and makes you work hard. He'll make a specialized program for each of his clients.
Rich is extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, and easy to get along with. His workouts are great. I walk away knowing and feeling I made an impact with my body that day but not so bad I feel like I'm tearing my body down. I would recommend him to anyone, any size, any shape, any goal.

Maria is incredible! She genuinely cares for her clients and is very easy to talk to as a strength coach/personal trainer. She is very intelligent (had her BS and MA in kinesiology) and makes directions and why you're doing certain exercises easy to understand. You would not regret having Maria as your strength coach/personal trainer or working out at Sierra Strength & Speed (everyone is very smart in prehab, rehab, sport specific exercises, movement, nutrition, and just getting you into shape). I would recommend Maria to any man or woman looking to be better at their sport or just wanting to better their physical and mental health.
I have been working out at Freedom Fitness for about 6 months. In that time I have found that I am sleeping better, eating better and I look great. In this 6 months I have lost 7% body fat, and have gone down two pant sizes. The trainers are excellent and very professional. I truly enjoy my workouts at Freedom Fitness.
Love her!! She's a great trainer. She's careful to take into consideration any physical issues one might have (i.e. Back, neck, wrist, etc. problems). She listens and has worked up routines that are perfect for me. Very satisfied! I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a personal trainer!
Victoria by far was the best trainer that I have trained with. She is attentive and really pays attention to detail. When I talk about detail what’s important is that she really focuses on form, eating healthy and any limitations you may have. Let’s face it that is what a great trainer does. They listen, they pay attention and they aren’t afraid to push you toward your greater self. If you are looking for a trainer that pushes you and cares about you as a person well don’t waste another minute! Victoria embodies all of these! She has so many different great qualities but her spirit of excellence shines in everything she does.
