I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
I had the opportunity to participate in a small group yoga class led by Johanna. It was a great workout that pushed the group physically, but at the same time, attention to proper form and technique was emphasized. Very personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
For a year now I have had the pleasure of working out with the my personal trainer Tamara Eristavi. I am a senior and have always loved being active but was beginning to lack the motivation to go workout. I feel so fortunate to have found Tamara and with her expert skills I have accomplished not only a better body image but a new outlook on nutrition. Her workouts are fun and our time just flies by. We start with a beautiful meditation which always grounds me after a stressful day at work and then an invigorating hour of dance, yoga, body weights, bands and never ending encouragement. Marjorie is Magic. She suggests practical practices with patience and compassion. When met with my resistance (which happens), she is persistent and creative, but never pushy. I did a 10 month course to essentially work on grounding through a crazy amont of travel (4.5 months away from home) and improving my sleep habits. My tendencies still get triggered, but I recover more quickly and with more grace. Marjorie has guided me in making shifts that I never thought were possible. So much gratitude.

Karen came to our rental and did a morning Yoga session with about 7 of my girlfriends. She was AMAZING! We all loved it so much and enjoyed her energy and music. She led us through a wonderful practice and woke us all up. Would highly recommend-one of the highlights of our weekend!
We had an amazing experience with Blair as the instructor. She has a great command of the class for both people new to yoga as well as experienced. The tempo of the class is enjoyable while physically rewarding.
My yoga session with Olivia went better than I ever could have imagined. Olivia was prompt in replying to my request for information. She was easy to schedule with. She emailed me a little form in advance so I could communicate my goals, experience, comfort level, etc. She arrived on time bringing mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, all the supplies needed for a beginner. I immediately felt comfortable with her. We spent a few minutes discussing yoga, expectations, etc. Olivia had prepared a routine or set of poses (she had another name for this but I can't remember it off the top of my head). It was challenging but not to the point that I felt it was too much or that I was in over my head. She encouraged me to stretch a little more if I could, explained why stretching and twisting is good for the body, and always focused on breathing. She'd make adjustments if I wasn't in proper position and I could notice the difference immediately. I enjoyed the music and the pace of the class very much. She has a pleasant voice that I found relaxing to listen to as she guided me through the routine. I can't wait for my next session!
Torrey is a great instructor. She gives off a very calming vibe, something that I find helpful for a beginner like myself. What keeps me coming back to the Sunday meetups is the support system from both Torrey and the rest of the group - I look forward to it every weekend!
Jen was awesome! We did a private session for two with her and she was extremely accommodating. She had the perfect class for a beginner and someone who's had experience with yoga before! She talks you through each exercise very clearly and her dialogue through the class makes for a very relaxing atmosphere. I would ABSOLUTELY book her again for a full class or a private session!
Yani led a private yoga class at our rental house in Palm Springs - it was wonderful! She customized the class theme to fit our girls weekend and catered to our ability levels. Highly recommend!
I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Glenda Wood for almost a year now. I was a dedicated Bikram Yoga student for about three years when a sudden brain aneurysm changed the course of my life. When I was able to begin practicing yoga again, the universe somehow found this amazing woman for me to begin a whole new journey and understanding of yoga. From the moment one meets Glenda, it is evident that she has a beautiful energy that emanates from within her and she shares it with all who are willing to experience a peaceful, calm joy and centering of self. Glenda begins each class with a profound intention that is relevant to what's going on in the world around us, and often includes a quote or poem from timeless philosophers and yoga gurus, which she reflects upon throughout her class. I am amazed by her ability to teach yoga to a beginner, a person in the process of healing such as myself, and the advanced yogi, all in the same class! She does this so instinctually by going through various modifications of each pose, so that everyone gets the benefits from the pose at their necessary level. I personally have evolved in body, mind and soul through my practice under the guidance of Glenda Wood. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life and am grateful to Glenda because she has been an integral part of my journey to a healthier, happier me. I just hope that more people get to experience a yoga practice under her guidance. All it will take is one class to understand that she is a true healer and a very special spirit.
