I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Mela is a phenomenal healer and absolute master of her craft. She has provided training in anatomy and physiology to my students in training to be Yoga instructors and has worked on my own body to heal injuries that no one else could cure.
Aneesa is such a treasure! She's knowlegable, challenging,reliable, and gracious. Her love of yoga is obvious and she teaches with such encouragement and kindness, I always walk away from our lessons feeling refreshed, centered, and strong.
Kristen is a very talented yoga teacher. She definitely knows yoga, the poses and the philosophy. Her approach is intuitive and thoughtful. I have been lucky to have had many classes with Kristen, all styles of yoga and meditation. One of my very favorite teachers. My body and mind love her. Great cues and adjustments! And a sense of humor, too.

Marie is an excellent yoga instructor, she is thorough with explaining the poses and has a gentle approach, and down to earth. She has also taken the time to walk around the class and help each student adjust if they were off in any way. I have come out of her classes refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Marie, as she is passionate about sharing and helping others to become their best.
I loved the yoga classes I took with Leanna! She is great at transforming any space and place into a calm atmosphere for focused practice. She also has the right balance of serious and fun which is important in a yoga teacher. Good hands-on adjustments and sequencing.
Debbie has a very easy way about her instruction. She is very attentive and watchful that everyone is not over taxing themselves and that our posture is set for optimum results.
I have been taking restorative classies from her for several months and the results are fantastic. I also believe that she works at much higher levels of experience than me. I fully recommend anyone interested in Yoga to practice with Debbie
I see Chadd Marcus on a regular basis for yoga and massage. When I first started yoga with him I was very new to the practice and he has helped me tremendously with meditation, flexibility, and strength all while keeping the sequences fun and challenging. For massage, I have to say I have never been so relaxed while having a massage. He seems to know exactly what my body needs without me saying a word. Chadd's knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit makes him a very well rounded yoga instructor/massage therapist. I highly recommend him for all of the services he provides.
Anna's knowledge of yoga techniques is in-depth & outstanding, with which she tailors practice sessions that are highly beneficial to yoga students of varying skill levels, ages and physical condition.
She was very helpful and my first session was fantastic. Shuwen was very responsive and punctual. There was a great amount of support in wanting me to acclimate to yoga at a good pace. I look forward to the next one and would suggest anyone to hire Shuwen without a doubt!
I currently go to Rachel for a private yoga sessions after being in an accident and spraining my spine. She really helped me regain my strength and this helped get rid of a lot of back pain that I was having. I developed more flexibility which has been so beneficial in easing any back pain. I see her 3 times per week and I began noticing my back tension releasing within the first few weeks with Rachel. She creates a safe space for you to ask questions and really dive deeper into your yoga practice. She was always punctual, kind and professional. I really appreciate her work and I highly recommend her services.
Sophia is amazing- she is very understanding of your needs and abilities. Plus her knowledge of Yoga and the meditation aspects puts her at A+ for me. Mari was so awesome! During the planning period, she was very responsive to our messages, which I greatly appreciated. She came to my sorority and lead a yoga session for a room full of sorority girls with little to no experience. Now we are all inspired to meditate/ do yoga more often! We will for sure book her again in the future!
