OJ has pushed my body past its limits. I was working out but my workouts were becoming too routine and easy. I needed to be pushed and ge does that all while making sure I don’t get injured and I can keep up with the pace. And his location is perfect; only 5 minutes from my house and enough room for several people to train. He is very professional yet friendly.

When I first decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I looked online for personal trainers in Pasadena. I ultimately decided to go with Hugo based on all of the positive reviews I read of him on here. Since the reviews initially helped me make a decision on choosing Hugo as my personal trainer, I just had to leave my own review. Before committing to train with Hugo, he offered me an introductory deal so that I could experience working out with him. The first couple sessions he evaluated my strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. Once my fitness level and goals were established, Hugo set up a training program and nutritional plan for me. He begins every session by explaining and demonstrating the exercises in the circuit. He also clarifies and demonstrates the importance of proper form, which makes it really easy for me since I'm a visual learner. At any point during the exercise if I forget to use proper form, Hugo reminds me and encourages me throughout. He is very good at helping me understand which muscles each exercise is working out. I like how during every session, he is focused, patient, and motivates me to make sure I'm giving it my all. His professionalism and friendliness make it all that much more of a positive experience training with him. I've been training with Hugo for about three months now, and I can say that I'm truly happy with my results so far. My strength and endurance have greatly increased since our first session. I've noticed my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I also feel much better when I'm exercising and eating healthy, it has greatly helped with my anxiety. I definitely plan on continuing to train with Hugo. I'm excited to see how my fitness level and physique continue to progress. I'm glad that I chose Hugo as my personal trainer, it is obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I definitely recommend Hugo for anyone looking for a personal trainer, you will not regret it!
Paul is an extremely professional, friendly and helpful trainer! He is experienced and knows what he is doing. He gives out meal plans and excercises that is suitable for my level. I have been training with him for three months now, results are obvious and satisfying! I am really happy with Paul and would recommend him with no doubts!
I have been training with Jobie for about 5 years. Great trainer!!! His knowledge of how the body is supposed to work, in my view is very important. I think that is why I do not get hurt while training. If I am doing something wrong he will correct my stance and or posture so I do not injure myself.
Ted is the best on private training and also is gifted with healing hands, which worked wonders for my wife. Will recommend him A+
I have trained with M2 Fitness Pros for several years. FACT: I started with Body Fat over 25% FACT: Left with body Fat of 12% FACT: Returned with Body Fat at 24% FACT: Today Body Fat is at 14% When I am training with Emile I achieve my fitness goals. When I do it alone I do not. I would like to see more online Body Stats such as Body Fat, Weight, Muscle % for historical trend analysis. I recommend M2 Fitness Pros and I have brought in two friends!
Manuk gave me an absolutely 5 STAR work out EVERY SINGLE SESSION. Honestly if you are serious about your body goals and are going to commit to work out and have a healthier eating, I totally recommend going to Manuk for training, you would be working hard and he won't give up on you. He really knows what he is doing and was able to answer every doubt I had about the proper way to do any exercise, doubts about the diet I was having before and why I was not seeing results in other gyms or training by myself. I had a great experience and changed the way I was training for the best, so I thought it would we worth to leave 5 stars here, so hopefully this is helpful for anybody who is willing to work hard and wants to achieve great results on their body.

So many times I have tried to lose the weight that I gained over the last 10 years. I wanted to feel that confidence again when I looked at my body in the mirror. I have tried many diets, gym memberships, DVDs and other trainers. I crossed paths with Meghan through my daughter and it was one of the best things that could have happen to me. I was at a low point with feeling that I was never go to lose the weight and would probably never get back the confidence. Meghan was my trainer for 4 months and in that time I found someone that not only knows whats she is talking about but each and every time I trained with her she was not only my motivational support in my physical growth but emotional as well. She helped me look in the mirror and not see all the imperfection but all the wonderful accomplishments I was making with my strength and cardio training! Meghan loves what she does and it shows in the way she lives and in the way she lets you know she is invest in YOU, it not just a job to her. She will walk you through a grocery store and teach you what to look for, she will text or email you recipes, she will educate you on workouts and she will teach you about the importance of a healthier you rather than a thinner you, that will come with just learning to be healthy. My knowledge on exercise and food has come so far and I have been working on my own using the tools she taught me to continue toward my overall goal. This time I know I will reach them and the game changer was her.
Aaron is a brilliant personal trainer. I started my training with Aaron to help prevent another injury to my hip (due to extensive running). I’m a classically trainer pianist and cellist and music is my career and life, therefor I have to be very cautious with my hands. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past and the main issue is most of them do not understand the concern with my hands and tendons. Aaron was extremely patient and always respected exercises I wanted to avoid due to my hands. He also resolved the problem in my hip and helped to prevent another injury in the future.
Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
Adrien's training style is very intense, he's very easy to chat with about almost everything. He is very motivating and keeps you on track and makes sure to check in with you about your progress regularly, even outside the session. I appreciate the commitment that Adrien puts in to the nutrition as well and everything together as a lifestyle change. If uou are looking for a trainer I would highly recommend him.
I've had a wonderful experience training with Rochelle over the past three months. In this short time the results I've seen following her training and diet plan have transformed me into a healthier, happier and more confident person. I hired Rochelle after noting a trend of weight gain as a result of a sedentary job. She is thorough in her evaluation, very motivating, and challanges you to achieve the goals you have set. As a result I now have some abs for the first time in my life!!! I seriously can't believe it! Rochelle's passion for her profession is very apparent in how well she treats her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone speaking a professional trainer.
I’ve been going to Summit Fitness and specifically training with Michelle since about March, 2015. She’s such an awesome trainer, I love and respect her approach to training in that she incorporates a variety approaches, activities, and exercises that range from the typical to the not so typical. For example, for strength training we of course use weights and resistance but she also routinely incorporates yoga and martial arts exercises into the mix which keeps it both interesting and at times dare I say fun! I would also describe her approach to training as being holistic in that she recognizes that it’s not just about building up one’s strength and cardio; flexibility, diet, deep stretching, etc., are as equally important and sometimes entire sessions are devoted to just that which as a long-time runner I know my legs desperately need. I really can’t say enough about her, other things that have been huge plusses for me are 1- she’s a female trainer and as such she has been able to provide a level of comfort I’m not sure I would be able to have with a male trainer especially when doing certain exercises or taking my body measurements and 2- how attentive she is to the needs and goals of all her clients. She genuinely cares about us and her actions prove that… just ask the clients who she has gone athletic shoe shopping with or has met at the track to jump start a running regiment.
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
Gabalina is fantastic. Great to work with and can accommodate busy/changing schedules, which makes it much easier to stay on track with training (no excuses!). It's only been a few weeks since I started working with her but I already feel stronger, healthier and more motivated. Would highly recommend.
I've done group training and individual training with Vanesa. She pushes you and gets you to do things you don't think you can. The sessions are always fun, and always a workout. She is constantly changing things up so I'm finding myself sore often, which is a good thing! The one thing I love is that she focuses on making me strong, which does more for my confidence than the scale. I've gotten into the best shape with her and highly recommend her.

Jeremy is one of the hardest working and dedicated professionals I have ever met. At the same time, he keeps things light and fun and you just can’t help but have a great time when you’re working with him. He will push you to do things you’ve never done before and, because it’s him, you’ll gladly do it and reap incredible benefits from his training. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
