I can't add much to the reviews previously posted. Becky is a true professional and would make a great choice for a person who is starting out, or has been working out for many years. I was a gym rat for several years, until I suffered a back injury that led to my retirement. After 2 years of being away from any physical workouts (other than physical therapy) I decided to give it a try. After discussing my limitations with several trainers, I learned it was going to be an ordeal to find one to work with me. Becky accepted the challenge, and made it very clear I would not do anything to jeopardize my back. I've been with her now for 7 months, and rate her as the best trainer I've ever worked out with. Fair warning: be prepared to sweat! You will get an intense workout, and it will be worth the time, effort, and money spent. Randy B.
Christian is a very skilled trainer. Workouts are intense but not brutal. Christian is always able to keep a positive attitude which keeps you going and encouraged to do your best. Little issue, however, with the pacing of the breaks he gives, as they can sometimes be a little longer than needed. Overall, Christian provides excellent service.
Maddison is an awesome trainer. I was apprehensive when I first started out and she was very welcoming and patient. She has no issues matching your skill level to the workout! She's super motivating! And look at her she's ripped!
I spent a lot of time researching trainers in Fresno. I met alot of them and discussed what their personal training style was. Most of the time, the were prescribing "cookie-cutter" workouts which the they applied to all their clients. Chris came highly recommended and as soon as I met him I could see why. Chris' knowledge really impressed me, he asked me the right kind of questions and put me on a great workout plan. He has a degree in Kinesiology and it shows. I have been training with Chris for a few months now and it shows. Workouts are always different, exciting and never "comfortable". He always finds ways to push me beyond my limits and we continually adapt new workouts and techniques to reach new goals. I have had problems with my lower back and neck in the past, so if they feel sore one day, Chris will have me try different routines which allow me to push hard, without effective my problem areas. I wish I could train 7 days a week with Chris!

Tim has prepared me for the rigors of bicycle racing with pre-season strength training for the past 3 years. His focus on core strength as it applies to power is very focused and specific. Tim is extremely diligent with the progression of his plans for my development and extremely attentive to making sure the exercises are done properly. Lorenzo helped me get started on a plan to get back in shape after my 3rd child. At the time I was feeling defeated, had a lot of weight to lose and needed help knowing where to begin, but he was so encouraging and gave me both hope & structured, simple plan. I followed his plan that emphasized both strength & circuit training for the next 4 months, becoming the strongest I have ever been. Nelson Chavez constantly educates one in nutrition and fitness. He explains the target muscle in each exercise. He is a great motivator and pushes one to do better every day. I am already seeing results in three weeks! - Thanks Nelson!
Amazing!!!!!!! The best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I have an incomplete spinal cored injury and I'm getting my back muscle memory, feeling in my legs. I also have drop foot and my walking has improved dramatically. I've been to the best physical therapist in the valley and Greg has helped me more. I love my gym, trainer and results. I highly recommend. He's a life changer!

Mauricio trains me 3 times a week. In about 1 month of training I have seen my strength and stamina improve significantly. I have also lost about 4 pounds out of my targeted 20 pounds. Mauricio challenges me without making me feel intimidated. He shows great commitment by himself waking up at 4:30 or so to start my training at 5:50am. He is also looking to get variations in my training and is thinking ahead each time. I will highly recommend hiring him. My wife just hired him for 2 sessions per week. Deb Denio is unparalleled in her expertise, and unrivalled in her empathy toward her patients and clients. I first consulted with her for persistent vertigo that had defied medical diagnosis. Greg has been a great trainer. I am a 65y/o recovering 'couch potato' for several years after bilateral knee joint replacements. I needed basic strength training , exercise for balance and stability. Greg has worked with me to establish an individualized training sequence that is producing results! He is positive, encouraging, always on time , flexible and clear in his training cues. He answers questions clearly and will research an exercise for a 'problem' area when necessary. He is truly a professional trainer who knows his anatomy and physiology well. A pleasure to work with!

I have been working with Sherwin for about four months. I am 60, overweight, diabetic, and broke my kneecap less than a year before beginning training. Sherwin always pushes me to do more than I think I can, but never more than I am actually capable of doing. If my knee is hurting more than usual he takes that into consideration, focusing on my arms and abs, but still doing less strenuous exercises to keep the knee mobile. He mixes up the exercises each day to ensure I get an good overall workout. We worked together to set realistic goals. My average blood sugars have decreased by 1.1 in the time we have been working together. I can't think of anything Sherwin could improve upon. He is an excellent communicator, always upbeat, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
The experience with Cade & Becky has encouraged me to understand the mulitple facets that go into truly being healthy. He is able to integrate fitness for mind, body & soul. This will stretch you to look at your health in ways you never could imagine; spirit & soul healing, chakras flowing freely, organs & muscles working at their optimum capacity. Thats true healing & health. Cade makes it fun but can be intense when necessary. I was so impressed with his synergistic vision for health, I just may need to move to cali....just to work with Cade & Becky again, what a great team. Take advantage of the opportunity folks! I've been working with Jeff for a few months now, and am very satisfied. He knows his stuff. He has helped me with nutrition as well as physical training. Since joining SemperFIIT I have come to love the rigorous high intensity interval workouts that Victor and Mark create. Every single class is fun and exciting to where it is always the highlight of my week. Thanks to Victor, my overall endurance and strength have improved tremendously since starting back in June. Even as she goes on vacation she is in contact with encouraging words, and helpful tips! We haven't worked together long, but that is the type of personal trainer I was looking for! Someone that has my goals in mind and helps me reach them through not only a workout program in and out of the gym, but nutritional help, and emotional support.
