David is a great trainer. I have had other trainers in the past, however David had far exceeded those and my current expectation. He provides not only the knowledge and experience to fit your goals whether it be powerlifting, fat loss, bodybuilding, or other pyhsical goals you may have. He also gives you vital information and explains to you the process in which to reach your goals, giving you a better understanding of how to get where you want to be. Our training sessions are always motivating, challenging, effective, and fun. He is a genuine good person and awesome trainer. From nutrition to exercise he can provide you and all around service to meet what you are looking for in a personal trainer. I went from 24.5 percent body fat to 18 in a matter of 3 weeks. Due to his knowledge in nutrition and effective and efficient workouts. I'm still in progress with reaching my goal, however he has made my approach the most efficient and satisfying I have ever had.
Phil is the perfect trainer if you're looking for someone who: Focuses on fitness and health as well as looking good. Is excellent at assessing the best workout for you according to what you want. Is a positive motivator. Has a great sense of humor and at the same time is professional and conscientious. I've had several trainers over the years. When my friend asked me if I wanted to train with Phil I was hesitant. Being a trained massage therapist and reflexologist, I'm educated in anatomy and physiology. I have found a lot of personal trainers to not be so well rounded in the whole aspect of fitness. I was impressed with Phil. My body is shaping up quickly and I always enjoy the workouts. Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.

Little did I know 4 years ago when I walked into the gym meeting Matt, he would be my personal trainer! I was on a mission to lose weight and make life style changes. I knew my height 3'11 would be a huge factor.Being short statured with dwarfism, Matt has showed me ways to adjust my workouts to use machines that are not adaptable to my size and still achieve awesome workout. Training with Branden was a great experience. He made me do many exercises from bear crawls, push ups, mountain climbers, jump squats, to what ever he can push me to do. I never really did weight training til I worked out with him. He pushed me to a limit I never knew I could reach. He genuinely cares for his clients and believes in you when you don't believe in yourself and that's is a quality that makes him the best! I have hired Adam as my personal trainer 5months ago, I started my training with so many physical limitations ,specifically in the knee area and lower back but that didn't keep me from following adam's training instructions and diet for my special needs ,after a month of hard work I have noticed a significant difference in my mobility ,flexibility and overall strength ,this is something new to me ,I had so many trainers who promised me results but at time of delivery none of them was able to provide me with What is best for me however train smart camp was the best choice that I could have ever made ,I encourage you personal trainer seekers to give train smart camp a chance .
Calvin currently trains me for my powerlifting competitions. Overall, calvin is a knowledgeable man, that loves his craft. He reads and reads to continue to master his profession. I’ve had a great experience with him for a year now and I plan on continuing my training with him. He keeps me injury free. I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet all day. So being without injury is very important to me. But don’t think he doesn’t push me until I can’t go anymore. He will learn your threshold and break it to make you stronger, if you commit that is. He doesn’t just train for powerlifting either. He is also skilled with Strength and conditioning. Calvin is worth it. I’ve never seen someone that loved their job this much. I fully recommend him.

I've been out of shape of years and I was able to lean down from 179lbs to 162lbs and built some awesome muscles and definition to my body and stepped on stage in a 2 1/2 month transformation into a bikini. I was so great looking but had competed in the wrong catagory. My muscles were huge compared to the bikini girls i stood next to. Next time I will do figure or physique. I love the push and the drive ge gives. He has that motivation for you to want to do more...burn baby, burn. I recommend him to anyone especially of your looking to change in a short peroid of time. Mickey is a GREAT trainer! He makes our workouts fun and knows when to push us. With a group of us complaining ladies, he has great patience, he doesn't let us quit. He has really motivated me to stay on the right track and get in shape.
I decided that I wanted to train for my first fitness competition and knew I needed all the help I could get. before even training, Jaron met with me to go over my goals and his plan for me. What I like about training with him is that it's fun but we also work hard! He's extremely encouraging and always answers the many questions I have. He's helped me most with my eating. I've failed a couple of times in the process but he's been there to re-evaluate for what my needs are. He's also been great in motivating me to stick to the plan/process. I'm excited to see the results of the hard work that's been put in.
I contacted IE Barbell, specifically Alex, about 6 months ago by phone. We ended up chatting almost 45 minutes. I had recently lost a significant amount of weight and wanted to add in some more intense exercise to help the process along. Alex really took the time to get to know me and what my expectations and goals were. He worked with any physical limitations I had and was always drawing upon the vast encyclopedia of knowledge he has in his head to help me understand what was going on with my body (good and bad). He's patient, well-spoken, keeps things interesting, and best of all is just damn good at coaching me forward. He keeps me feeling motivated and more importantly, brings out a healthy competitive spirit in me that I never even knew I had. Tapping into this has revealed a desire to be better for myself - made me recognize that a little competition, even just inside my own mind, can help me achieve things I never thought were possible. I've tried other gyms and trainers; none could even hold a candle to him. I'm just over 75 lbs lost now and looking forward to the new year and more rewarding and productive time with Alex at IE Barbell.
I have been training with Josh for the past year and have seen a great improvement in my overall body strength. I used to be intimidated by strength training because I didn't know what I was doing but Josh helps me to use weights with proper form which keeps me safe from injury and helps me get the most benefit out of my workouts. He is continually correcting my form and focusing on my weak areas. He keeps the workouts different every time and helps me to push myself to do things I didn't think I could. I trained with Sterling twice weekly, sometimes 3 times weekly, for about 5 months. From our initial consultation it was clear that Sterling was extremely knowledgeable with regards to fitness and health. Al is GREAT!! I have been training with him for 3 years now and I can't say enough about how he has helped me transform my body in a way I never thought possible. He motivated me to follow my dreams of competing and guided me through my competition prep and I ended up taking first place in the World Cup For the INBA(International Natural Bodybuilding Association)! From the first time I spoke to him I knew I found my trainer super knowledgeable with 20+ years of experience in science and a kinesiology background. Before him I trained with a few other trainers but no one comes close to his knowledge and techniques. He taught me how important it is to understand and utilize techniques because if you're doing it wrong your body won't change. While he trains you he explains the exercise and what muscles are being worked and if you have any injuries he always modifies the exercise for you.
