Latest Review: I really enjoyed my sessions with Hugo– he’s calm, knowledgeable, and listens to what your goals are and what you want out of a personal training experience. Hugo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and designs every session to be challenging (& somehow fun). Since meeting Hugo, it’s the first time I’ve ever looking forward to training in a gym. Time passes quickly and the sessions varies. He also provides a rounded service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted.

Latest Review: Goat Fitness has been one of the best things I have ever done. Like most women I know I struggle with my weight. I am small person ( 5 feet tall) so I feel like my weight goes up and down a lot. I have done diets and boot camps and everything worked for like 2 weeks but, I never really achieved the results I was looking for. I would loose like 5 lbs and stop losing weight. Not to mention I couldn't eat anything I wanted and the work outs were ridiculous. Lucky for me one of the girls I work with goes to Goat and she looks amazing and all she did was talk about how great this gym is. There are those people who LOVE working out .... I am not one of them and I don't understand the people (like my friend) who are super into it. But.... she looks great and she told me her trainer said she can have a bagel and cream cheese. That got my attention!!! Every work-out/ trainer I have ever seen has told me that I basically have to cut out everything I love to eat which for me is wine and cheese which sucks so I do it for 2 weeks then I stop losing weight and say screw it back to eating what I want. There is another way!!!! So I decided to go see this amazing trainer that allows you to eat foods you actually like. Lets just start with everyone at the gym is incredibly nice. I talked with Jon and he talked about getting the results I wanted and how to reasonably achieve them. He was honest and up front this isn't the place where you drop 20 lbs in a month first that isn't healthy and it typically doesn't taste or feel good. He explained that what I was looking for would yes take time but, we could certainly get there in a few months. I don't have ridiculous goals I just want skinny girl arms and to fit into a pair of pants like the average woman. I appreciated Jon's realistic approach to weight lost. We did all my measurements and he built me work outs that would help me get to where I wanted. Another great thing you can pick different packages so I picked the 30 minute training ones. I have never been so happy to work out. The work outs are definitely changeling but, they don't kill you ( you will be sore though) but, its over super fast! Back to the food because when I think weight loss I typically go to great well I can't eat this or this or.... and it goes on. I can have my wine and my cheese!! We set up my macros to show me I need this many: Carbs, Fats, and Proteins. I can eat those anyway I want!!! If I want to have wine that is fine I just need to make sure it fits into my macros. The trick is if I know I am going to have a glass of wine later its the first thing I put in my phone so I know I am having it and I see what else I have the rest of the day so I get my wine! This fits into my life which is more important to me. I work 2 jobs and don't have a ton of extra time. Most importantly they care they really do and they are very flexible. I am happy to say .... I fit the pants .... and I have wine & cheese :)

Latest Review: Mike is a DOPEEE trainer. Injured my knee playing football and it's been weak since. I started playing and it's been giving me trouble. I started going to Mike for training and to focus specifically on my knee and overall strength, and I must admit, it's gotten a lot stronger! I can actually switch direction either ease, lateral movements are back, and I've gotten stronger overall. I'm still training with him and I can't wait to see more results, real stoked!! Thanks a lot bro!

Latest Review: My experience with Emmett overall has been great and I got to say he has made fitness into a lifestyle for me. I reached out to Emmett when I knew I had fallen off my fitness routine. When I started training with Emmett I didn't have much muscle mass. I got to say after training with him the first month not only have I seen improvements on my legs and back strength but overall putting on some weight. From that month on, I got my cut and lean around my body and he helped me clean up my diet. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him!

Latest Review: First off I’d like to state that I wasn’t motivated for weight training or meal planning. Doctors just recommended that it’d be a good idea as well as healthy. So I found a flyer on my windshield and usually I just throw them out but I was like why not check this one out and there was his initials TR. So I took it to the gym and turned out the first guy I talked to turned out to be Taylor. We talked a little about how I’d might try it out maybe like 30 minutes every couple days or so, which was perfectly fine with him. He gave me plenty of options and plans as to what I could do to shape up what I wanted as well as meal plans that would help out which had lots of good food I could still eat that were healthy. So days go on and I still didn’t hit the gym, he gave me a call I swung by and started my work outs. Light but felt good. I did skip a couple days here and there but as it went on I was just somehow more motivated to work out. I went from 30 minutes every couple days to about 45 minutes to an hour 4 days a week as well as changing my diet. About 2 months later and I’ve lost about 18 pounds and 7% body fat which is great news but then I had to buy new clothes. Anyways I would just like to say that Taylor is a great and easy guy to talk to. Has many options and plans to accommodate anybody’s needs. Great at motivating me to work out. We’ve even hung out a few times after workout grabbing lunch. So I’d recommend him to anybody.
