Doug Malo has been training me on weights for the last 4.5 months and I keep coming back. I feel he takes a personal interest in me, as a client, because when he listens to me, he hears me and works with me. He is present and takes into account the whole person he is working with to provide for their needs. I came to Doug after a long spell of physical inactivity due to extended care for my husband and subsequent period of adjustment after his death; my goal was simply to get in better shape and regain lost muscle mass. Though I still struggle with depression, Doug's training regimen is helping me develop mental toughness to see through my commitments for my physical improvement. I've lost 8 pounds (142 lbs down to 134 lbs) which for some people doesn't seem like a lot, but the weight has shed effortlessly and without rebound and I'm more energetic and much stronger. Doug is well-informed and well-read yet doesn't push a lot of information but rather points to his sources. He is neither dogmatic nor stringent as a lot of personal trainers can be, but rather sensitive to his clients' physical makeup and abilities. Doug is a kind and flexible, a cheerful encourager as well as a great support.

Ive been working with Jared Courter for almost a year now and have seen excellent results. In fact, this is the longest Ive stuck with a trainer, which has a lot to do with Jareds grit and ability to motivate and encourage while also achieving goals. He has a keen ability to walk the fine line between encouragement and pushing for results, while gauging my stamina and physical ability. He quickly learns how to tailor his style to fit anyones individual training goals. Not only is he great a keeping me motivated and on course with my gym regime, but he is also highly skilled with dietary knowledge, and the science behind weight loss and muscle gain. Jared is an awesome personal trainer and I enthusiastically recommend him to newcomers to the gym as well as more experienced athletes.

Brandon my trainer, started me on a realistic training program that not only focused on me achieving weight and fitness goals but incorporated activities to improve my balance and flexibility. During training he is a constant motivator! Constantly reminding me and pushing me to achieve my goals, especially when he senses me slacking off, pushing me and "high-fiveing" me when I'm doing well. He sent me a great food plan and list of good foods to eat; as well as customizing your routine to however you are and how ever you'd like to improve yourself.
