First off, it's impossible to really keep a review on Brandy short. But I'll give it a try-which is what Brandy would say to any exercises. She knows her stuff, whether you're in her spin class, yoga class, personal training, taking about health, TRX or kettlebells, Brandy no matter what condition you are in, she WILL help you. Brandy is an absolute sweetheart that will work you touchas off. She comes in with a plan for the session, but ALWAYS asks how I am feeling, what she does amazingly, is adjust and with Glee. As I stated I could write a 60 page review, but that's hard to read, So whatever fitness schedule you are seeking, Brandy is the gal, PERIOD.
Jen came to our office for our office employee appreciation day. She made it into the perfect relaxing day by giving everyone in the office a wonderful massage and also taught a 1 hour yoga class. It was so nice to have her come to us with all of her equipment and experience. The staff has requested that she come back for yoga classes and massages at lease once a month!
I highly recommend Adriana, you will not find a yoga and reddinkin instructor who cares more about you. The meditation and yoga following the group section were wonderful and really rounded off the whole experience. We can not wait to schedule another team building day with Adriana.
Great teacher, I've been in her yoga class and yoga meditation class, I've been lifted to states of higher consciences during her leaded meditation and watched spade drips of rainbows come from my pineal gland. Very calming up front teacher.
Nava Silverstein offered yoga classes at the UUFP in Poughkeepsie. The atmosphere was excellent, and Nava is an excellent teacher. She is informative, patient and works with the individual. Nava continually researches her field and shares what she learns with her students. Yoga with Nava was always a wonderful experience. Namaste, Karen

I love taking Kim's classes! She blends many styles of yoga into her classes. No matter what kind of class you are looking for Kim will be able to deliver, she can teach to all levels. I was fortunate to be Whitney's yoga student on many occasions. She is a thoughtful and intuitive teacher who makes her students feel "seen" and safe. She is quick to learn your body and then provide safe and therapeutic ways to practice. You will never feel lost in Whitney's classes - she communicates clearly and effectively. Whitney possesses special gifts that help her students go deeper into their practice. I would take her class any day of the week!
I had a one-on-one yoga session with Sona and it was amazing. She tailored the yoga to my body and what I wanted to work on. She showed me the the proper way to do each pose to get the most benefit. I thought I knew how to do yoga, but I have a lot to learn. I look forward to our next yoga session. Thanks so much Sona, you are amazing.
Kat was my personal yoga instructor and chef for almost a year before her departure from Milwaukee to Colorado. Let me say first, there is not a day that goes by without me missing her services. Kat is kind, compassionate and incredibly talented. Her yoga services allowed me as a true beginner to enjoy and feel the benefits of yoga. She was patient with me and a great teacher of positions that allowed my body to stretch and release. I am a stage two diabetic and the yoga had a profound effect upon my condition for the good. After learning that Kat had head chef talents, I asked her to come twice a week to my home and prepare meals for myself and my son. The meal plans were excellent and the food, well, there are few fine restaurants that could compete. Kat was very fair with the economics of the work as well. It made for pleasant meals when coming home from work. My son continues to ask where is she and can she come back to Milwaukee for a time to come and prepare food. It is critical in any review that one have trust, confidence and successful communication. Kat gets an A+ from me in all regards. You will be lucky and fortunate to have here skills. My suggestion is do not hesitate. We enjoyed her immensely and miss her yoga and cooking talents. Thanks for listening.
We are so fortunate to have found Nichole as a yoga teacher! She is very gifted at assessing individual needs, and then applying her skills and knowledge to address those needs. She is a very encouraging and caring teacher. I have experienced her work as an adult in yoga class myself, and have also experienced her empathy and skills with a group of teenaged girls who wouldnt miss their weekly yoga class with her for just about anything! In addition to helping them feel greater comfort, health and beauty in their growing and changing bodies, I also know that what they learn in her class is great for stress reduction and a boost to their resiliency. Nichole is simply the best!
I have attended yoga classes taught by Jen, as well as a private reiki session with her in my home. Jen is incredibly talented and is very intuitive about her students' needs. I would highly recommend her.
FBY is a wonderful yoga studio with a large variety of yoga classes and workshops. We have been members since they first opened. The massage therapist is wonderful too.
I was hesitant to go to public yoga classes. Jessica has an awesome private beginner series that helped me understand what to expect from a public class and how to feel safe and comfortable on my mat on my own.
I'm not a yogi, but I sure do want to be after my class with Mirelle. She got me to give the best of my self and helped me concentrate inwards. It was an aha moment for me in class and in my yoga practice.
I am most impressed with Rebekahs' knowledge of the yogi /yoga mind,body,soul,universe connection. This class was exactly what I always felt yoga should be . Not just another excessive class. Every session we had was an experience and every experience was different . She taught how practicing yoga ,the physical / spiritual practice of yoga can alter ones life. She teaches the reasoning behind every pose and the affect it will have on your body . Rebekahs practices are an experience you will want to repeat over and over again. She is a true yogi!,,

Her intelligent banter and sequencing always made for an enjoyable class- while her ability to connect with students and make the practice accessible for all is the reason I knew I had to have her teach in my studio, Amana Yoga.
I've attended Kosha for two years. It's an authentic yoga studio focusing on alignment, meditation, nutrition, workshops and teacher training. Kosha offers different levels of yoga classes for everyone. Workshops and classes are reasonably priced.
