Christine Herr has been working with my teenage athlete for the past year. Christine is familiar with the physical requirements of a competitive swimmer and provides personal dryland training that supplements and focuses on those needs. She is the best personal trainer I've ever met. She's energetic, engaged, and knowledgeable. She can demonstrate anything, and sets a great example for my daughter in physicality, nutrition, and lifestyle. She is also flexible and generous with her time. Her work ethic is contagious, and we appreciate her unflagging cheerfulness in the face of an extra set of push-ups. My daughter loves her sessions with Christine.
Nick is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable as a fitness trainer. He is a certified with TRX and the RIP trainer and I have been so pleased with results from training with TRX and the RIP especially in my strength gain and weight loss.
Great bootcamp class provided by Jerome! He was always enthusiastic, but pushed us enough to make it challenging, provided alternate moves if some were unable to do certain exercises and was always there to offer advice and correct form. If you can want a personal trainer who knows what he is doing and has a great attitude, I recommend Jerome!
Best bootcamp around! It's fun and motivating. You ll keep coming back. I tried Zumba and gyming and yoga.but this is where I found I was having fun. Devin is awesome and he works with every individual. So you are not one in the crowd. It's great !!!

I can't even begin to explain how privileged I feel to work with Nik Zaharis. I have and always am learning so much from Nik. He has helped me not only with diet needs but training styles and intensity. I live working with Nik...so much so that even my teenage son who wants to compete in physique is now starting to work with Nik. That is because we know he is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I don't hesitate to recommend Nik to anyone from someone who wants to be healthy all the way to your hardcore competitor. As a military cadet and officer, I worked out and followed a fairly fit lifestyle. I had to maintain my physical conditioning in order to pass PT tests. I was very good at gutting it and then recovering. I was also surrounded by macho guys who knew it all about working out and lifting weights. It was a culture about pushing your limits in sometimes ridiculous ways, much like todays bootcamp workout routines and other military-inspired fitness trends. It was definitely an atmosphere of pride and testosterone, where the weak were the people who got injured and then washed out of programs. When I started working with Clare, she taught me that working out smart, not just hard, would be the best way to get results. She taught me efficiency and the targeting of muscles and muscle systems in a systematic and considered approach. Clare told me to listen to my body, and she tailored my workouts to avoid unnecessary injury and musculoskeletal stress. I also learned from that if you really targeted and isolated a muscle, you could get a better workout at lower weight with less chance of unnecessary strain and setbacks. It was truly eye opening.

After several years of working out through yoga, bootcamp, and spin classes and not getting the results I wanted, I started working out with Neil Rodgers. I have now been working with him twice weekly for the past few months and have noticed significant improvement in my overall strength and endurance and am in the best shape of my life. For the past few years I have also suffered with frequent ankle pain and this has greatly subsided since working out with Neil. Work-outs are very challenging, yet Neil is always mindful of modifications that may be needed due to injury and he does a great job of putting together new work-outs to keep things from becoming monotonous. I continue to get results and love feeling stronger and healthier.
I understand that the motivation to workout should come from within, however, sometimes you need that extra carrot to just do it. Whether that carrot be the social comradery you develop with other bootcampers suffering with you, the profanities you yell at the smiling cheerful trainers faces as they suggest surprise burpees, naming new muscles as you develop them (Hello my solo ab Carlos), or the beer that you need a straw to drink at the end because your arms just don't work...wait, I forgot what point I was trying to make. Um, well, you should come - it is awful and fun and the regulars will make you feel like family. P.S. #IHatePaul

I have been training with Jason for quite a while now ,and believe he is one of the most experienced &committed trainers in life time fitness ! Jason is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging ,fun and enjoyable ! Besides the one-on-one sessions with Jason ,I also training with him (BootCamp) as part of group session ,really enjoying the variety and challenge he puts into each bootcamp sessions . My fitness has increased noticeably and I have seen improvement in my abilities to complete more push-ups/core exercises,lift heavier weight s and generally push myself harder through out each session. Most importantly Jason always ensure that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries . If motivation,flexibility ,encouragement and personal approach is what your looking for in PT,then Jason is the one ,but the best part of all is that he genuinely cares about his clients !
I had the honor of being in Rachel's outdoor bootcamp this summer. Rachel always had a different workout for each session and it wasn't boring at all! She is very encouraging and gently pushes you to keep at it. But Rachel never berates or makes you feel bad about your workout. She knows her profession very well and lives a healthy lifestyle herself. What a blast to use the Colorado great outdoors as a backdrop for a great bootcamp class. Off The Wall Fitness has changed my life. I was getting so bored at the gym and not seeing any results. So then a friend in Michigan told me to try out Fit Body Bootcamp. I was so happy to see a facility so close to my work, I decided to try it out and it was the best decision I have made! Not only did I want to try these workouts, I also wanted a sense of community, which these coaches and other members bring to the table. The coaches are great and always work with you on your workouts and if you need help with nutrition, they are there for you. These classes are so fast paced and the energy level is great, you become addicted! Thanks again for all you do. I can't wait to workout again!
Constant Motion Fitness is the way to go to get in shape! I have been training with Joe for a month now, and have really noticed a difference. After 2 kids and life, I put on A LOT of weight. Not only am I down from a size 20 to a size 16, but I feel stronger and have more energy. In fact, at the bootcamp session today, I was able to run the entire 1/4 mile lap around the park. I NEVER thought that would be possible!!! Joe is an amazing trainer. Not only does he know about how to work the body for the results you want, but he also knows a lot about nutrition! He has helped tweek my diet without being restrictive. The exercises are nothing like traditional boring workouts. There was another group working out at the park where we were and they were doing crunches. Instead of crunches, I was doing rotating squat throws with a 9lb medicine ball. Not only was I working the same ab muscles as the crunch, I was also working my arms and legs and was having a WHOLE lot more FUN!!!! The bootcamp workout is different everytime. It seems like the hour flies by. If you are looking for a great workout, with a positive and fun trainer and fun folks, come on out to Bootcamp with Constant Motion Fitness! Thanks Joe!
Bootcamp was excellent! Kevin switched it up each time so that we were always doing different activities. I would get my butt kicked by Kevin anytime! Great trainer!
I have been training with Christine for over two years now in her TRX and bootcamp-style classes. Her high-energy personality and workouts which blend strength and cardio have kept me motivated and having fun. I've since exceeded my expectations in building muscle tone and losing fat AKA looking good and feeling good. Highly recommend!
