My husband and I started training with Mike in January with the ultimate goal of getting in shape and toning for our wedding in July. On our wedding day, I was the most confident I have been with my body in for as long as I can remember. Mike's workouts are great. He really listens to your goals and develops customized plans to help you get there. For me it was all about the arms for the wedding dress and I was very happy with how my arms looked on the big day. Prior to Mike, I had been bottoming out on too much cardio and not enough strength training. I was working out 4-7 times a week and wasn't getting the results I felt I deserved based on the amount of time I was putting in. Mike changed that and I finally got the definition I had been looking for. We started having Mike cook for us in May when we started to get busier with wedding tasks & were traveling every two weeks. Mike's meals were delicious and I'm so glad that I got to learn from his healthy cooking example. He is a registered dietician in addition to his personal training license, it doesn't get much better than that people! Additionally, we love Mike because he is a real person! We have met trainers at big gyms that don't understand a life outside of the gym. Mike gets it. He knows you aren't going to eat perfect on vacation and gives you tips on how not to overindulge or healthy alternatives. He helps you work through these challenges as opposed to making you feel like a failure when you make bad choices. Last thing about Mike. He is just a really good guy. He is about as honest and genuine as they come. He puts his whole heart into it and he truly cares about his clients. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of a personal trainer!
Morgan is one of the best trainers I've ever trained with! My overall experience has been great! He is skilled, thoughtful and encouraging! I enjoy his cheerleader attitude and personalityl I look forward to every training session with him. He has pushed me to limits I did not know I was able to obtain! I've been going to him for a few weeks now and I'm stronger, more flexible and healthier all thanks to him! Arlene worked with me to improve both nutrition related issues I was having and to uncover the source of some of those issues over the course of 6 months. She really took the time to push beyond surface level subjects. She quickly had a good understanding of some of my patterns. She was flexible, as my schedule changes often. She has a well-rounded educational background that I think will serve her to help many people in this practice. I look forward to having an ongoing working relationship and still consider her an excellent resource for issues of health, both food and non-food related.
I had Jeff do cupping therapy on my back, I felt he did a fantastic job and went above my expectations when I walked in the door. Since having the cupping done Jeff has stayed in touch on my progress and I am looking forward to seeing him again in the future. Thanks for your professionalism Jeff

Make no mistake about it, Bobby is the real deal. I've been a member of the FitRev family for about 10 months now and can honestly say that Bobby is not only extremely passionate about training, but he is awesome to train with. He has pushed me beyond physical and mental limits and knows how to train the body, as well as the mind. He knows how to get nutrition under control, and he pushes me to aceive my best. Loved my sessions with Ashley. I came to her with a neuromuscular disease diagnoses and my goals of getting and staying strong so that I hopefully wouldn't need assisting devices in the near future. Ashley researched the disease and consulted with a physical therapist to make sure that she was on the right track. She took on my husband and me at the same time. She was great at having workouts for him that he could complete since he was familiar with lifting while sticking close to me to make sure my form was on point and I was doing reps safely. We loved being introduced to the nutrition and macros...it's changed the way we view food and fuel our bodies! Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking serious fitness goals!
Blenda help set goals and made working out fun. She has taught me things that I still use in everyday life. Blenda looks at the whole. She has helped change my eating habits. I enjoyed working out with her and being in her presence. Looking to get fit and healthy Blenda is the way to go.
Would highly recommend Andrew. The combination of dietician and nutritional knowledge is perfect for dealing with health issues, weight management and fitness needs. The fact that he is also a chef allows clients to have unique and enjoyable meals prepared for them if they choose. I have used all of his skill sets and the service has been excellent.
