I enthusiastically endorce Versell Wells as a personal trainer. When I met Versell, none of business suits fit. I had simply gained weight from lack of excersize and eating the wrong foods. I knew I had to make a choice. I could either spend my money on super sized clothes and keep on gaining weight. Or, I could spend money on a fitness trainer who could motivate me to eat right and train right. A trusted friend recommended Versell. I'm glad she did. Versell has been working with me for six months now. We stated with an exercise inventory and a food inventory. He started with where I was at and moved me forward. Versell kept me honest and motivated. In December, I tore my MCL in a skiing accident. I feared my previous efforts would be lost. Because Versell's knowledge of human physiology and athletic injuries, he was able adjust and keep me moving forward while I continue to heal. Thanks Versell. You're the best. And you cost less than a new wardrobe!!

Working with For them Gainz Fitness has been an amazing experience. Since starting with Berto my fitness, nutrition and physical abilities have dramatically improved. Tim DiCroce is one of the best personal trainers with whom I have worked out. He is knowledgeable, personable, upbeat, encouraging and challenging. When we first started working out together, Tim listened to what I said my goals were, asked pertinent questions, and then delivered programs that showed results faster than I've had with other personal trainers. He made adjustments on the fly based on how I responded to a particular program. I never felt like I was getting “the program of the week” that all clients received. Tim also mixed exercises up more than other personal trainers so he kept things interesting as well. When I had a running injury, Tim adjusted the programs so I could continue to work out, and I believe the adjustments helped my recovery as well. I highly recommend Tim. If you show up and work out consistently, Tim will more than do his part so you can reach your goals.

Working with Chad at Obstacle Destruction is both invigorating and challenging. We meet three times a week and I have seen remarkable changes in myself and my stamina. He uses state of the art techniques combined with inventive workouts to take my fitness to the next level. Chad works with my time constraining schedule to make sure we meet every week. He has always been knowledgeable and supportive as he pushes me through new and challenging routines. My current goal is to get ready for the Navy PST, and as it stands, I am on track to blow it out of the water because of Chad’s advice and knowhow. Josh is a terrific personal trainer. A lot of trainers and gyms lack that key word "personal," however that isn't Josh. He is focused, professional, dedicated and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. His commitment to you helping you reach your fitness and health goals doesn't end at the door. He is knowledgable, positive and motivating which helps you want to push yourself and give it your all. Mike comes with more knowledge and experience in personal training than anyone I've trained with- a knowledge that goes beyond just working out. He taught me life-changing concepts on mobility, strength, and balance that I desperately needed in my training. I am competitor, a mom, and a personal trainer myself and Mike is the person I will always go to for advice on my physical fitness no matter where I'm at in my training goals. And, most of all, he truly cares. Best trainer I know, hands down.

Having worked out with Donny for more than 2 years he brought me to a new level of fitness. His technique is excellent and with a lot of variety. No boring workouts. Always great at positive motivation to keep you going for the entire workout. He also taught me some yoga to complete the workout.

I have never been very active or interested in fitness, but finally push came to shove and I started feeling very down and out about my body, I was very nervous at first, scared that it would be embarrassing or worse, I would be working with someone who made me feel uncomfortable or that I didn't like. Karisa was like a breath of fresh air, all my fears fell away with our first meeting! She is very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable immediately! It did not take long before I started seeing results, and feeling more confident. Even though she pushed me hard, she continuously made me feel capable and like I could do it. We really built a trust and friendship, I was excited to meet with her, it became kind of like therapy, and like I was getting to hang out with a good motivating girlfriend. I was feeling stronger, more energized, and overall healthy in no time. She continued to push me, even when I didn't want to work, and she continued to motivate me and help me see results. I never felt bad or judged if cheated my diet, and I learned so much about myself, my nutrition and my fitness! I love working with Karisa, and will continue to work with her. I would recommend anyone to work with Karisa! She helped me work out a lot of problems I didn't even know I was having, physically, mentally and emotionally! After working with Karisa I can honestly say I have found a new level of wellness that I could not have done without her. She genuinely changed my life. Thanks for being an awesome fitness coach!!

I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer because I am an athlete by background, and I thought I knew enough about my body to train myself (or just participate in group fitness classes). You simply don't get the same results-- you easily plateau on your own and in group classes. I wanted to be my healthiest self, so I decided to work with a personal trainer. I chose to work with Tyler at Summit Fitness for many reasons: he has a Master's in Exercise Science and one of the most respected certifications in strength and conditioning. His style is motivating yet kind and empathetic. As a former 3-sport Division 1 athlete, I've worked with over 30 fitness trainers, and Tyler is the best I've had. My posture is better, my back pains are gone, and I'm feeling stronger and healthier than I have in years. Don't miss out on feeling your best!

I started with Priscilla and Camp MissFits in July 2015. In August I walked my first 5k! The small classes are perfect because you really get a sense of being among friends. The coaches are awesome and are always quick to give me modifications based on my fitness level. Highly recommend.

Bj is very attentive to what his clients need and makes adjustments when necessary to fit your personal limitations. He has a very knowledgeable approach. When I first started with him I didn't know what to expect or where to start and Bj made it easy to set goals and make them manageable. I would definitely recommend him to other people in the future looking for an educated yet personable trainer for any type of fitness goals - no matter where you are starting from.

What can I say: Jon knows what he is doing! I never felt as though I was being put down because of my weight (as some trainers do), or that I was ever pushed too far. He took his time to understand my goals and helped me develop the best plan of action for me! In just a short amount of time, Jon took me from lazy and overweight to a fitness fanatic! This level of training is what I’d expect to pay THOUSANDS for-so to have Jon at such an incredible price is crazy to me! Officially down 15 lbs and 4% body fat-all thanks to Jon’s fantastic training! Don’t think about it-SIGN UP WITH HIM!

I have been doing group fitness classes with Brad for about 7 months and love it! I like that Brad has a great personality and is very encouraging. He makes the class fun and is always switching up the work-outs. As a breast cancer survivor Brad has really help me to re-gain upper body strength. I have more energy and the pounds are slowly melting away.
