Karen is amazing! I feel like this review doesn't do her justice. I showed her pictures of arrangements I liked and she went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. Even finding peonies (my favorite flower) out of season for my bouquet. I wanted to avoid typical wedding flowers and she did just that. Her flowers were vibrant, fresh, organic and completely beautiful. All of our guest commented on how beautiful the flowers were. We also hired her as a wedding planner and day of planner. Having a very anxious mother she took all of the stress of my husband and I and we were able to completely relax and enjoy our day. I would absolutely recommend her for any event. She will work within your budget and stick to it!
Mary is amazing!!! I was impressed from my first conversation with her through the last! She was so incredibly organized and took all the stress off me for the day of. She brought my vision to life and really worked with me on what I did and did not want for the day of. She ran and managed the rehearsal which was such a blessing! She took charge and made sure we all knew where we needed to be- and if you knew my bridal party was very much needed and appreciated! She allowed us to have unlimited phone calls/emails/in person emails. She also drove down to see me and the venue on multiple occasions which was amazing! Her team on the day of was also incredible! They kept us on time without being pushy or overwhelming. They worked so well with the venue and vendor staff as well. My wedding day would NOT have been the same without her. Thank you Mary!!
Carla was great! She was always availible to meet and discuss plans. She was very involved in all of my details. Carla was professional and kept things in line on the day of the wedding. Carla is a great extension to your wedding planning, if you do not want to stress about the little details, the 'what goes where', keeping track of the wedding party, etc....carla is your gal!!
Christy Joy was our wedding coordinator and words cannot describe just how awesome she was! Because of my wife's occupation, I, the groom, had to take on the task of getting as much of the wedding planned, which was very scary and overwhelming for me. I was literally pulling my hair out, to say the least. Then I found Christy Joy through Thumbtack and what a godsend she was! She took the "bull by the horns" and basically took charge of everything for my fiance, now wife, and I. She supplied EVERYTHING we needed for our wedding ceremony and reception (table clothes, chair covers, center pieces, etc) all at no cost to us! Basically I paid her for only her time that she invested, which was very reasonable! I would and will recommend Christy Joy to anyone who is planning an event; and it does not have to be just a wedding, literally any event! If you want the best of the best...then Christy Joy is your gal! If you want a person that truly cares about you and making your event the best...then Christy Joy is your "go to person"! IT Fitness designed a workout and diet plan from home for my upcoming wedding. I'm finishing my 2nd week and couldn't be happier! The workouts are easy to follow and the diet allows for a lot of choices. My body has responded very positively and my energy level has gone through the roof. So excited for my final results!

Gloria went above and beyond in what we expected from our day of coordinator. She met with us multiple times took, took care of communicating with vendors before the wedding to make sure the big day at the Barn at EMP. It was the greatest day of our lives. We hardly remember seeing her or her staff the day of the wedding and she did an amazing job of changing the setup of our wedding indoors because of rain outside. She also stayed super late making sure every last item was taken care of and communicating with family to make our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of!! She was truly a blessing. I would recommend her to anyone and actually have already!!
Grant, Nicole, and their team prepared a fabulous BBQ buffet for our 90-person wedding. They helped us plan a seasonal menu and they took care of dessert, bartending, and finding rentals for our venue. It was so helpful to not have to worry about coordinating lots of different vendors and be able to relax on our wedding day. Our guests raved about the food and the cocktail they created for us. They were nothing but professional from planning to the day of. I couldn't recommend them enough.

And best of all, she saw my vision for my big day and was enthusiastic about it! She made it come to life! I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, and honestly, the weeks leading up to my wedding because of how much Julie did for us. Jonathan was willing to work with my needs on my budget, which saved my wedding day because finding a reasonable decorator in the area was near impossible. He met with me a few times prior to the big day to ensure he understood what I wanted done. Due to the uniqueness of my situation I paid cash up front for his services, which at the time I was skeptical of, but now I would do it again any day. Jonathan went above and beyond what I needed done; when I walked into my reception hall it looks absolutely perfect! Everything went seemlessly I couldn't have dreamt of a better situation! We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. She's kind, professional and comes up with great ideas! Hire her, now :)
Krista & SeaAnna are magic workers! Every meeting I had with them was so pleasant and honestly I never thought the day of the wedding would be so hectic and they took care of everything and executed my vision. There were a couple of hiccups in my wedding: I forgot to steam the veil and they worked their magic under the hand dryers in the bathroom to make it presentable. My cake bases never made it and they went hunting in the storage room of the venue and managed to setup something similar to what I had planned. On top of it they took photos to make sure some candid moments were captured. And my decorations and flowers which they setup looked STUNNING. My sweetheart table was amazing and everybody was impressed and the whole setup. Loved working with them and hope we can become friends in real life because they were lovely people.
Beyond Elegance Events and Weddings has assisted me in so many ways. I contacted them when I was planning on getting married. I had a short time frame and a small budget, they said No problem! They handled every last detail. They helped me locate a venue for my reception that was economically priced. Tracy communicated with my local church, to make all arrangements for sound, rehearsals, scheduling and payment. They located a D.J. for the reception that would only play songs off of my play list. Set-up an appointment with the cake baker for cake tasting, Even the day of I told them what I wanted and they spoke with the reception hall on my behalf to ensure that everything was just like I wanted it down to the smallest detail. I was very worried as a bride and they took the worry out of it. I am so thankful for the work that Tracy and Beyond Elegance did for my wedding, they really went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect!

For more than a year I started thinking on throwing my daughter a Sweet 16 party. As a busy working mom with only experience on little kid's birthday parties I knew I needed the help of a professional. I checked some companies, read reviews but none of them seemed to be what I was looking for, until one day, beginning of this past spring, I found Good Ol'-Fashioned Party and I checked the website, pictures and I knew she could put the party together the way my daughter wanted it. Not only Heather capture the idea when we first met with her but also helped us to create a plan to get all the main pieces together in such short time (less than 4 months). She helped us finding venue, catering, decorations. She was always on point, she advised us, she supported us and guide us when we started getting out of track. Heather is a real professional, down to earth, supportive, creative, incredible helpful, she helped us on last minute projects that I could not take care of myself and she did an amazing job. The party ran very nice and Heather and team were on top of the details, they were always around with a smile and great attitude. They knew all the logistics that most of the time we as guests do not pay attention but make things run nice and smooth. The venue we chose for the party it's really beautiful but with Heather and Cassie's touch the place really was transformed to an amazing elegant reception. Kids had a lot of fun, parents and families had a blast. I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make this dream come true for my daughter and I will be always grateful for everything she did for us before and at the party. She not only can create a beautiful wedding party but also a big special occasion event!! I recommend her service without any hesitation and I plan to use her services in the future and refer her to my friends and family.
