We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived for our tasting appointment to potentially hire Mama Lisa's for our upcoming wedding, but when we tasted the food it was delicious! And the price was affordable. We couldn't pass up the opportunity. When the day came the staff went above and beyond. They were outgoing and friendly and took such good care of us on our special day. As the bride and groom we were unable to eat almost at all, but before the reception started the staff let us take some food and hide with our secret meals before rejoining our guests. Our family and friends were excited about the menu items, and even those who weren't all raved about the food during, and after. A couple people even asked who we hired, either curious to hire for catering, or simply to eat at their restaurant. We absolutely love this business and all they did to take care of us. If you're looking to hire a caterer, I SERIOUSLY recommend you contact Mama Lisa's and get your tasting appointment scheduled. I am very impressed with the food, kindness and professionalism that this business has.

Karen is amazing! I feel like this review doesn't do her justice. I showed her pictures of arrangements I liked and she went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. Even finding peonies (my favorite flower) out of season for my bouquet. I wanted to avoid typical wedding flowers and she did just that. Her flowers were vibrant, fresh, organic and completely beautiful. All of our guest commented on how beautiful the flowers were. We also hired her as a wedding planner and day of planner. Having a very anxious mother she took all of the stress of my husband and I and we were able to completely relax and enjoy our day. I would absolutely recommend her for any event. She will work within your budget and stick to it!

Mary is amazing!!! I was impressed from my first conversation with her through the last! She was so incredibly organized and took all the stress off me for the day of. She brought my vision to life and really worked with me on what I did and did not want for the day of. She ran and managed the rehearsal which was such a blessing! She took charge and made sure we all knew where we needed to be- and if you knew my bridal party was very much needed and appreciated! She allowed us to have unlimited phone calls/emails/in person emails. She also drove down to see me and the venue on multiple occasions which was amazing! Her team on the day of was also incredible! They kept us on time without being pushy or overwhelming. They worked so well with the venue and vendor staff as well. My wedding day would NOT have been the same without her. Thank you Mary!!

Sangeeta assisted with specific assignments for our daughters' wedding that we agreed upon in our contract stages and she executed them perfectly. She was trusted with all our valuables on the wedding day and she made sure we came back home with nothing lost. Sangeeta interacted effectively with all our various vendors, including the wedding coordinator, photographer/videographer, and the wedding decor company. I am sure that her charisma, organizational and people skills will prove to be a valuable asset to all events. I worked with Gloria as my day of coordinator for my wedding on June 23rd, 2018 and it was truly an amazing experience! In the months leading up to the wedding I met with her 2-3 times and each time she helped me to ensure everything was thought of for the day of. She mentioned things that I never would have thought of had it not been for her. The day of the wedding she handled everything from vendors to the walk down the isle and everything else flawlessly! My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our special day with our family and friends without any worries. I highly recommend Gloria and her team. And if I have any other events come up I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Planning a wedding or event or need on-site event coordination? Call Lata at Invogue Events! Lata helped with on-site coordination for my daughter's Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. She was very professional and made sure that everything was on schedule. We were able to enjoy all the events, knowing that Lata was taking care of everything behind the scenes. Her follow-up skills and attention to detail is exceptional. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of an event planner/on-site event coordinator. Being an artist herself her creativity is an added bonus, and she doesn’t let the clock dictate her working hours. She will do whatever it takes to oversee that the job is done to perfection.

Amanda was AWESOME. I didn’t have to worry about a thing having her there on my wedding day! We had a couple things change a day before or day of and she still didn’t forget and made sure everything went smoothly! She was extremely professional and helped with SO much! I would recommend Amanda to literally EVERY bride. She went above and beyond and it took a lot of stress of my shoulders! Even though some people don’t think they need a coordinator, it was worth every penny to be able to sit back and relax while someone else made sure the timeline was being followed, the reception/ceremony site were completely set up and taken down, trouble shooting vendors (we did have a couple hiccups & I promise you will too), as well as checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed!

    There is no better decision I made for my wedding than to hire Bliss Elevated. Julie is the most organized, thorough, and thoughtful wedding planner I could have hoped for. And best of all, she saw my vision for my big day and was enthusiastic about it! She made it come to life! I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, and honestly, the weeks leading up to my wedding because of how much Julie did for us.     Jonathan was willing to work with my needs on my budget, which saved my wedding day because finding a reasonable decorator in the area was near impossible. He met with me a few times prior to the big day to ensure he understood what I wanted done. Due to the uniqueness of my situation I paid cash up front for his services, which at the time I was skeptical of, but now I would do it again any day. Jonathan went above and beyond what I needed done; when I walked into my reception hall it looks absolutely perfect! Everything went seemlessly I couldn't have dreamt of a better situation!     TeNeil exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, she made it clear that she would take care of us and our wedding. She asked what my biggest worries were so that she could help mitigate them. One of those worries being my mom. We don’t have the best relationship and TeNeil was able to field all of my mom’s questions and handle her in a polite and friendly manner, making my mom feel special while making sure I wasn’t bothered. It was extremely reassuring to know that, whatever it was, TeNeil had it handled! We told her our vision and she made sure it all came together perfectly! Our wedding was seriously exactly how we wanted it - it was beautiful. We had a large wedding of over 150 guests and a lot of moving parts (she flipped spaces twice in a matter of two hours!). When we booked her, TeNeil’s price was half that of other comparable day-of wedding planners but she definitely did just as much, if not more work, than a more expensive planner. I would recommend TeNeil to anyone getting married or having s large event! She is a pro at what she does, instills confidence in her clients, delivers, and exceeds expectations! I wish I had more photos from our wedding to share, but I was so busy enjoying our wedding that I didn’t take many.... and we haven’t gotten our photos back from our photographer yet. :)

    We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her.     Beyond Elegance Events and Weddings has assisted me in so many ways. I contacted them when I was planning on getting married. I had a short time frame and a small budget, they said No problem! They handled every last detail. They helped me locate a venue for my reception that was economically priced. Tracy communicated with my local church, to make all arrangements for sound, rehearsals, scheduling and payment. They located a D.J. for the reception that would only play songs off of my play list. Set-up an appointment with the cake baker for cake tasting, Even the day of I told them what I wanted and they spoke with the reception hall on my behalf to ensure that everything was just like I wanted it down to the smallest detail. I was very worried as a bride and they took the worry out of it. I am so thankful for the work that Tracy and Beyond Elegance did for my wedding, they really went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect!

    Laurel served as day-of coordinator for our wedding. She was available and accessible before the wedding day for planning and brainstorming, and was prompt, professional, and detail-oriented on the wedding day, to help make our celebration a memorable event. I left all details in her care from start to finish, and didn't worry about a thing throughout the ceremony and reception. She has a knack for seeing the big picture while managing every task in a thoughtful and responsible way.       Christine was the best wedding coordinator! My husband and I got married in Palm Springs. We starting working with Christine when we lived in Denver then we moved to NYC. She was amazing with all the back and forth that were involved planning a wedding across country. Not only did she completely manage day of coordination but did so much work on the back end to make our wedding happen. Christine worked with vendors, was our middle man for many conversations, and emails, and helped us get our pricing down with many vendors. I really appreciated her knowledge of this industry and having a person "on our side" that we could bounce ideas and pricing off was invaluable. A lot of our wedding was pieced together which made this even more valuable. We had our reception, ceremony, and party at a private estate. Therefore everything from our caterer, rentals, bookings, bartenders, decorations, flowers and everything had to be done by us! Christine was a huge part of making this all happen. As for the day of, it could not have been more perfect. She showed up big by managing all of the above so I was able to focus on my wedding day. I could not recommend her enough!

      Ann White literally made our wedding a dream. My wife was an art major in college which translated into a very passionate vision of what she wanted our wedding to look like. I can confidently say it would have been no where close had we not solicited the help of Ann White. I watched as Ann took the vision in my wife’s head and flawlessly transitioned it to paper. She made the week leading up to the wedding easy and relaxing as she handled EVERY detail. The day of the wedding she coordinated volunteers, parents, photographers, videographers, DJ’s, and difficult guests to make sure my wife and I, more importantly both our moms, were able to sit back and enjoy the special day. If you are on the fence about having a wedding coordinator, take the jump, you will NOT regret it! She truly made the day as special as it was :)

      I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin as my day-of wedding coordinator and she was AWESOME! She took the time to really understand my vision for the day and executed it perfectly, from setting up the decorations to coordinating our wedding party and family. Her insights and experience in the event planning industry made her a great support system when it came to navigating some of the trickier last-minute details with vendors, the DJ, etc. Aside from being very friendly, creative, detail-oriented and organized, Caitlin will do her best to put all of your worries at ease when it comes to planning your special day - whatever that may be!

      For more than a year I started thinking on throwing my daughter a Sweet 16 party. As a busy working mom with only experience on little kid's birthday parties I knew I needed the help of a professional. I checked some companies, read reviews but none of them seemed to be what I was looking for, until one day, beginning of this past spring, I found Good Ol'-Fashioned Party and I checked the website, pictures and I knew she could put the party together the way my daughter wanted it. Not only Heather capture the idea when we first met with her but also helped us to create a plan to get all the main pieces together in such short time (less than 4 months). She helped us finding venue, catering, decorations. She was always on point, she advised us, she supported us and guide us when we started getting out of track. Heather is a real professional, down to earth, supportive, creative, incredible helpful, she helped us on last minute projects that I could not take care of myself and she did an amazing job. The party ran very nice and Heather and team were on top of the details, they were always around with a smile and great attitude. They knew all the logistics that most of the time we as guests do not pay attention but make things run nice and smooth. The venue we chose for the party it's really beautiful but with Heather and Cassie's touch the place really was transformed to an amazing elegant reception. Kids had a lot of fun, parents and families had a blast. I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make this dream come true for my daughter and I will be always grateful for everything she did for us before and at the party. She not only can create a beautiful wedding party but also a big special occasion event!! Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding can confirm that wedding planning is hard work. Experience brings wisdom when it comes to avoiding or resolving day-of challenges. There is no legal regulatory body that oversees or certifies wedding planning as an industry. Anyone who chooses can call themselves a wedding planner.         How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

        A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. Several factors affect the cost of day-of coordination, including the region, the planner’s experience, and the specifics of the wedding. If the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, expect to pay more than if they’re in the same place.         What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

        When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

        • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
        • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
        • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
        • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..

        Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

        Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:

        • Distributing the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors.
        • Coordinating all of your vendors, including the photographer, florist and baker.
