- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are available in 45-minute and 60-minute blocks. Pricing is tiered based on the client's commitment length and is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential customers are given a full fitness and movement assessment and complete 2 health questionnaires before signing up. The assessment and consultation process is free and takes about 90 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, with over 3200 hours of 1-on-1 personal training serviced. In addition to In addition to my certifications, I draw on the knowledge I’ve gained from a diverse background in fitness that includes over a decade of weight training experience, 6+ years of military service in the US Army Infantry, 2.5 years (and counting) of regular training and competition as an amateur strongman, numerous other personal athletic endeavors, and extensive personal familiarity with post clinical injury rehabilitation. I am also currently enrolled in a pre-med program at MSU Denver, pursuing a bachelor's in biology with a minor in pre-healthcare that provides me with a growing wealth of knowledge regarding human anatomy, physiology, and broader health concepts. Beyond formal education, I'm committed to ongoing self-study across multiple disciplines to further my abilities as a coach.
