I was a bit hesitant at first when thinking about a personal trainer because having both hips replaced at 30 and also having open heart surgery when I was a small boy. She is really a big sweet heart even tho she try's to come off as a bad ass. Conversations are easy . Workouts are great. She knows when to back off a muscle or body part so you avoid injuries. I couldn't be happier. I have worked out for 2 and half months. 3 days a week! I feel great.'I know I and stronger. I lost seven pounds. I will admit I could have lost more if I didn't cheat so much on my diet. Either way I feel better and I think I am more positive in my everyday life from workout.
