I have been practicing yoga for a long time, and I must say Jenna is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. Her knowledge about the body, breath, and mind is incredible, and she always challenges me to be the best I can.
I highly recommend Adriana, you will not find a yoga and reddinkin instructor who cares more about you. The meditation and yoga following the group section were wonderful and really rounded off the whole experience. We can not wait to schedule another team building day with Adriana.
She’s very attentive. I’ve enjoyed our sessions so far!
We hired Darrin to lead 2 sessions at our Corporate Retreat, I was nervous because several people in our group have never done yoga or meditation. Boy did Darrin deliver!!! Darrin has a way of leading professionals and opening them up to new experiences that allows people to absorb at their own pace. The whole group kept thanking me for bringing Darrin in and said it was a major highlight of our retreat. I couldn’t recommend Darrin more. He’s professional, on point, and delivers. Thank you Darrin again so much!!
I was hesitant to go to public yoga classes. Jessica has an awesome private beginner series that helped me understand what to expect from a public class and how to feel safe and comfortable on my mat on my own.
Fair price, on time, flexible schedule, extremely knowledgeable and skilled in thai yoga massage.
Tara, really listens to her clients--she is flexible in her protocols, is always on time, focused and prepared. Tara has training in other areas such as yoga and dance and brings that knowledge/experience to her sessions. She is delightful as an instructor who is there for you.
I have been working with groups and individuals for more than 15 years. I do continuing education and medically based yoga. I have experience in working with clients with TBI, PTSD, and multiple sclerosis as well as handicapped veterans, children, and groups of adults. I'm specializing in pranayama (breath control), yoga nidra, seated physical protocol for wheelchairs, meditation, asana (yoga postures) and more.
Over the summer, I attend a weekly group class led by Kristen. While I had some yoga experience, this was my first class/studio experience. Kristen's approach was wonderful; her ability to make new students (like myself) feel welcomed while providing appropriate instruction and encouragement is what has led me to continue practicing to this day. There were participates who were obviously well beyond the new student level and she was able to also provide an experience that suited their ability level as well. Her routines and the variations offed allowed participants of all levels to feel successfully challenged and encouraged to continue developing their practice. Her manner was always welcoming, never intimidating and felt grounded in spiritual as well as the physical components of practicing. I look forward to being able to participate in her classes in the future.
I'm doing Melissa's 21 day kickstart program right now to lose some weight that I've been having trouble trying to lose on my own. I weighed in for the first time on day 16 and saw and 8 pound weight loss. I can't even BEGIN to tell you how happy that made me. I'm normally a pretty healthy person. My portion sizes were not completely out of control and I exercise regularly. I really have to credit this to everything Melissa has taught me about food combining and the day to day support she's given. She emails and calls, sends recipes (simple ones because I don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen), and gives me exercise challenges that are strengthening my core which has always been weak. Seeing how well my body has responded in just a little over two weeks has been incredibly gratifying. If you do what Melissa says, you'll see results. And it's easy to do what she says because she's there to encourage and teach you new things everyday.

Practice yoga. Practice life. Practice happiness. Crissy Codi is an MA, E-RYT-200. Crissy's style draws from her master's degree in sport and performance psychology and yoga training, coupled with life experiences and a sense of humor, providing an environment that encourages laughter and lightness in her students, while still focusing on anatomy and alignment. Come to class and expect to work hard, laugh, and learn!
My name is Gabi G. I am a licensed, certified yoga instructor. I have my 200-Hour RYT certification through CorePower Yoga in Sherman Oaks, CA. I also carry CPR and first aid certification. I am a newer instructor who is looking to gain additional experience and hours. I am trained with prenatal, postnatal, kids, seniors, mommy and me, and heated yoga. I will work with groups, businesses, schools, parties and whatever you need. I will come to you, or I even have a space available, but additional fees may apply.
I was drawn to teach yoga in the Kripalu tradition because it speaks to the WHOLE individual--not just focused on exercising the body. My classes are really an invitation to explore the "yoga of LIFE"--how what we experience every time we come onto our mats is a mirror for our journey through Life: its gifts, its challenges and its lessons. I incorporate wisdom teachings from many traditions, poetry, music and sharing and each class is unique.
Jen came to our office for our office employee appreciation day. She made it into the perfect relaxing day by giving everyone in the office a wonderful massage and also taught a 1 hour yoga class. It was so nice to have her come to us with all of her equipment and experience. The staff has requested that she come back for yoga classes and massages at lease once a month!
