When I made the decision to work with a nutritionist, I wouldn't say I was necessarily at a rock bottom and needed to make some major life changes. I’ve actually never felt like I was obscenely over weight, and I’ve always ate relatively healthy meals. I didn’t go to a nutritionist with the intention of learning how to love vegetables. I have (and will always) love salads and plates full of vegetables. The breaking point for me was that no matter how hard I worked out or how healthy I felt like I was eating, I could never push myself past a certain plateau. I felt stuck at 165lbs with flabby arms and unattractive back & stomach fat. For awhile, I was just telling myself its ok, this is who I am. When I got with Stephanie, we set goals to tone up, drop a few pounds and create new patterns for healthier eating. To my surprise, I have kept up with the plan and plan on continuing to do so. In the 6months I worked with Stephanie, I eased into many important lifestyle habits that I actually love doing even after our sessions stopped, like drinking warm water and lemon every morning, taking handful of important vitamins, taking a brisk walk after my meals, no snacking and recognizing what kind of foods or exercise my body needs during the cycle I’m at. Stephanie is a blast to hang out with. She tailors her programs to what you need and she really helps you get to your goals. I lost 12pounds (and still losing weight!) in the 6months that I worked with her, I started buying smaller clothes, and love being photographed. Stephanie, I can’t thank you enough. I miss seeing you, but know that given all the tools and education you’ve given me, I’m off on the right path... all thanks to you! I attended the veggie-slaws class. It was a one-hour session. The dishes were simple enough to make at home on my own, healthy and tasty! Pam's teaching method is hands-on, but not overwhelming. She teaches you how to make the dish and supplies you with a manual to take home! As she is a nutritionist, she informed me of the health benefits of the dishes we made. Pam is very personable. Although you are in a complete stranger's home, you don't feel awkward or uncomfortable. I had a fun, informative time!

I worked with Manny for the better part of a year and I can honestly say the results were transformational in my life. I was heavier than I'd ever been and realizing that my only knowledge of fitness and dieting came from my high school sports coaches (which don't really translate into adult living and the matured body chemistry that comes with it) . First, Manny listened. He understood my time constraints with work and devised a workout strategy that was challenging but practical. I lost 40 pounds and went from weighing 205 to roughly 165 (my high school wrestling weight). As an adult, we have to rediscover fitness for each chapter of our life as our body changes. Through constant correspondence, accountability, and adjustments to my goals, Manny helped me find a wellness rhythm I never would have established independently.

Lucas is whom you want as your personal trainer! He combines a positive, motivating attitude that has the effect of me getting the most out of our sessions, combined with the knowledge and technical mastery to formulate complex and demanding workouts, that has helped me reach new fitness levels. I have trained with Lucas for the past 3 months, doing demanding sessions, and have not suffered an injury, which is a huge accomplishment for me at age 45 with a variety of chronic sport induced aches and pains. I cannot recommend Lucas and Latitude 39 fitness more for your personal training needs.

Dr. Riggs is awesome! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping people. I injuried my back playing sports and Dr. Riggs fixed me right up. He took a thorough history of my injury, did a thorough exam and treated me the same day! I appreciate how thorough he was with me and his explanation of why I was experiencing pain.
