"I have been training with Paul for a little over a year now and it has been the best decision I have made for myself. Starting this journey my focus was to lose weight(I've lost over 50lbs), but what I have discovered is that it is much more than that,finding out what your body is capable of, is one of the most rewarding feelings. "I participated in work out sessions and group forums with Michelle before having my baby and found that they prepped me for labor really well. I got my questions answered and learned some exercises I could be doing to get ready for baby. Since having my baby, Michelle has been doing personal training sessions with me to regain the strength and firmness (smile) back into my body. "I won't have worked with Chris for long (because I am moving for my job) but he keeps the workouts fresh and fun, and I actually enjoy working out with him. In the short period that we have worked together which is just two months, I have seen a lot of change in my body! I see that I not only lost the weight I was wanting to loose (18pounds) but I gained muscle as well! If I ever get to move back to Colorado Chris is the first person I will call for training! I have enjoyed every second of it and am sad that I have to go!"

"I have been training with Julia since August 17, 2015. In the 4 months since I started, I have been able to attend an average of 8-10 high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions each month. My back ground in distance running, Cross-fit, and teaching physical education only slightly prepared me for the type of exercise Julia employs. I leave every session feeling well worked and more exhausted than I would after a 10k training run which takes about the same amount of time. Everything is scale-able and built to suit each individual regardless of age, gender, strength, or injury status. Julia will find a way to make sure you leave better than when you arrived. I play recreational softball, flag football, and soccer. In my short time with Julia, I have experienced greater success in all sports which can be attributed to gains in speed, agility, and strength. HIIT helps improve any sort of physical movement you may perform regularly and I can attest that it has improved my game in a very short amount of time.
