My husband and I started training with Mike in January with the ultimate goal of getting in shape and toning for our wedding in July. On our wedding day, I was the most confident I have been with my body in for as long as I can remember. Mike's workouts are great. He really listens to your goals and develops customized plans to help you get there. For me it was all about the arms for the wedding dress and I was very happy with how my arms looked on the big day. Prior to Mike, I had been bottoming out on too much cardio and not enough strength training. I was working out 4-7 times a week and wasn't getting the results I felt I deserved based on the amount of time I was putting in. Mike changed that and I finally got the definition I had been looking for. We started having Mike cook for us in May when we started to get busier with wedding tasks & were traveling every two weeks. Mike's meals were delicious and I'm so glad that I got to learn from his healthy cooking example. He is a registered dietician in addition to his personal training license, it doesn't get much better than that people! Additionally, we love Mike because he is a real person! We have met trainers at big gyms that don't understand a life outside of the gym. Mike gets it. He knows you aren't going to eat perfect on vacation and gives you tips on how not to overindulge or healthy alternatives. He helps you work through these challenges as opposed to making you feel like a failure when you make bad choices. Last thing about Mike. He is just a really good guy. He is about as honest and genuine as they come. He puts his whole heart into it and he truly cares about his clients. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of a personal trainer!
I have been training with Berto for going on four months now. I am so pleased with the results. I have more energy, I'm more productive and driven. And of course my body (booty especially) looks awesome! I am taking a vacation in August and I am so flippin excited to strut around in a bikini and feel so confident in the tone and muscle I have gained and continue to gain every week. This is the best money I spent all year. You can't put a price on not only looking good but feeling good!
I have achieved great results with Daria and have accomplished my goals of losing weight and toning my muscles. Daria demands/expects a lot from her clients and continues to push me during our workout sessions. She is very technical and works a lot of muscles that other trainers fail to address. She has also helped me better manage my nutrition and calorie intake. Her rates are very reasonable and she is very flexible with my changing schedules and conflicts. I would recommend Daria to anyone.
Christine Herr is charming, genuine and she's always got a smile on her face - but don't let that fool you. Her workouts are intense and she will continually challenge you to push beyond your own physical and mental limits. Christine's knowledge, creativity and energy make her an exceptional fitness trainer. Her classes are always fresh, fun and demanding. Just when you think you've hit your stride, Christine calls out your name and offers up a suggestion that it's time to really get to work. Chris is definitely among the top personal trainers there are. She knows how to make you work extremely hard, all while having fun. Russ is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. He makes you work, no doubt about it, but manages to do it by being persistently and steadily encouraging rather than yelling and berating. He makes you want to succeed for yourself and gives you the tools to do so; he kept my motivation going when I really wanted to quit and also somehow knew when I was really at my breaking point versus when I was really just whining and was always able to adapt to keep me going. I travel a lot for work, and he created plans I could follow in the hotel room or hotel gym, so that I could stay on track no matter where I was -- plus he's incredibly flexible in scheduling -- I'm a morning person and so he would meet me at 5 AM 3 times a week and I know he was just as flexible with his late night people too. If you really want to build a healthier lifestyle for yourself, Russ is the person to connect with -- he will help you find the way!!
Kim is awesome! She is training me for a figure competition and is providing the direction I need to get ready. Her knowledge about nutrition, posing, and training is excellent. She provides me with meal plans and workouts to keep me on track. I would highly recommend her if you are training for a figure competition or just want to get in better shape overall.
Catie has been an excellent trainer. Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition are great, but what I really appreciate is her moral support. Catie's presence makes even the hardest days enjoyable, which has made all of the difference for me! I also love how accomodating she has been with my crazy life and schedule. Finally, I am a big fan of her home gym where we work out - it has a very laid back and low key vibe, and we are typically there with only a handful of other people.
F.I.T.T. Faction is an absolutely incredible company to train with! The owner/trainer is Kyle Gillian, who along with his wife, Teresa, are easily the most knowledgeable trainers out there. From innovative workouts to nutrition, there is nothing that these two don't have years of experience in. They very much live an active life and are both accomplished athletes and competitors. I've trained with the typical 'meathead' types all over the country, and I can assure you that Kyle does NOT fall into that category. He is humble, motivating, funny and creative all while inspiring you to do your best and reach your goals. In 3+ years of training with Kyle, I never did the exact same workout twice. He has created movie themed workouts (complete with soundtracks) and various holiday-themed challenges that motivate and inspire. He has gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goals and is fantastic in tailor-making programs that work for all age ranges, genders, abilities and fitness goals. He is also extremely knowledgeable about fitness/sport-related injuries and has helped me immensely in rehabbing old injuries while moving forward to achieving my goals. I have recommended F.I.T.T. I never get bored as the workout is changed everytime I come in. My body has responded so quickly and they super at keeping my form safe. Shannon, and all the trainers, are highly encouraging without having to be the drill sergeant type. In fact, it shouldn't be called a "workout" because it's feel like a "fun-in"!
James training was superb. Not only did he teach me in great detail of what exercises I was doing, but why I was doing them. He's extremely knowledgeable and aided me in getting closer to my goal of bikini bodybuilding competition for masters. James is very approachable and makes each workout challenging and fun (believe it or not...the fun part). No matter what your goal is, I would highly recommend James as your Personal Trainer.
I was initially in Karen's group classes and have been doing weekly personal training sessions for the last four months. Karen has a broad range of sports experience and a wealth of training knowledge. I was initially wanted work on my golf swing and she was a single digit handicapper. I later wanted to do weigh lifting and she had been a competitive lifter. Karen has continually changed my workouts as I have progressed and really pushes me across a broad range of full body exercises. Be prepared to work hard, but I fully recommend.
I work with Kayla through a gym I am a member at. She is a dynamic trainer who really pushes you to take your exercise routine to the next level. I love that she customizes every workout for me based on my past injuries and what I am physically able to do. She also changes things up so I don't get bored either. She is always on time and a great communicator if plans should change for some reason. I am happy to recommend her to anyone who wants a great experience with a personal trainer.
Victoria is by far the best trainer I have ever had. Not only does she actually care about me as a person, but she cares about what I am looking to achieve. The workouts are always different, and she dedicates a lot of time to making sure that we both get the most out of her sessions. When I trained with her, it was the best I ever felt about myself INSIDE and out. I have never had that with another trainer. I used to hate working out and gave up easily. With Victoria, the results were noticeable within weeks, and her silly, happy nature made seeing her the best part of my day, instead of the worst.
I met Corbin two months ago. At the time, I was a couch potato. I grew up as a very athletic guy. I was a competitive gymnast, involved in college gymnastics and cheerleading, and I enjoyed everything outdoors. When I got into my late 20's, the activity level decreased drastically and the weight gain began. When I moved to Colorado, I decided to make some changes. I told Corbin I was a novice in the gym because I honestly never set foot in a gym with weights. My training was all from gymnastics. He has taken the time to explain what I need to do, how I need to position my body to do the exercises correctly, and he keeps helping me to improve while lifting heavier weights. He has been attentive to my aches and pains, and is knowledgeable in how to work through them and correct them. I have seen some major changes in the way I look over these two months and I can't wait to see where I end up. Corbin has been exactly what I needed to help build a great foundation for my lifting future.

Helios is an incredible trainer! I was laid up with a surgery this past January and by the time I was up off the couch I was inflexible and in pain. Compounded by my desk job (and therefore, poor posture) I was finding it hard to move, and had very little strength. Over the course of the last year, Helios has helped me regain my flexibility, build strength and improve my posture for amazing results. I feel SOOOO much better (and I enjoy wearing a bikini too!). My strength has increased exponentially, in large part due to his programming--I'm not just weight training, by I also practice yoga with him and he monitors my nutrition and helps me achieve my goals in a strategic way!
Back in January of 2016 I decided to make a change for the better and get in shape. Terence helped me achieve my goal through weightlifting and a lifestyle change in diet. I lost 25lbs and decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition with Terence's help. His knowledge of proper diet, exercise, and competition training is unparallel to any other trainer. There is no way I could have achieved any of my fitness goals without him.
Chris clearly has a full schedule of loyal trainees, however, he never once let onto that when it came to personal attention, genuine understanding of goals and individual needs, answering every question thoroughly with investigation if needed, and making himself available to give the push that I often asked of him. He immediately set me up on a selfsustaining lifting regimen, which he tailored each time I saw him to how I was progressing and based on my own feedback. In our sessions I would often hit personal records in my lifts, which usually happened when Chris’ guidance and confidence in my being able to do something was what drove me to make it happen. Chris’ experience and knowledge is not easily parallelled. In addition to personalizing my workouts and taking the time to adjust my program over time outside of our session time, Chris helped me get back on track and gain more control of my eating habits. I was already tracking my macros, however, Chris improved my numbers and always stood by to answer any and all related questions, giving me confidence that I was consistently supported. From his adjustments, adjunct to his training program, I was able to see real results in BOTH weight loss and strength gain! My muscles were more defined, and I was lifting progressively heavier, making me feel proud and accomplished. In a world where many trainers you come across have a big game to talk but little experience or knowledge, Chris is absolutely a pot of gold. His character I describe as humble, compassionate, genuine, accomplished, and paired with his full expertise and insatiable drive, he makes it his mission to help each trainee make results happen. As a trainee you can take away what you are willing to put in, and Chris was always able to tell me why and how techniques of training were being used. This was important for me, and both made me feel better equipped to follow his process and also made me feel like we were a team in this together with common understanding. Thank you Chris, for your continued support and friendship even after I moved away from NYC. You truly changed my relationship with training and what my body and mind are capable of. You continue to be someone I know I can count on when I have questions about training or nutrition, and I am always excited from the sidelines when you update me on your latest bodybuilding and life achievements. I have been training with Joe for over a month. My motivation was to get bikini ready for a surf trip to Costa Rica(I leave in about 50 hours!!!). I was very athletic growing up in high school, college and in my 20's. I did the Rock and Roll Marathon about 4 years ago and after that I lost alot of my motivation to workout as much as I had before. Joe has helped me to get that motivation back!. Joe's workouts are always fun, challenging and are never monotonous. He focuses on exercises that work your core and I am definitely seeing results. Joe is very educated on fitness and nutrition and always has great advice!Joe always pushes me to work harder in a positive way.
