Tine is a great trainer, I am a male and I was not sure I would be comfortable with a female trainer and I did not think she would be able to motivate me to work hard,. She plans out my workout sessions prior to our workout. She lets me know prior to our workout, what we will be working on, so that we make the most of our time. After each workout and also during the workout, she asks for feedback and uses the feedback to plan out my next workout session. The workouts are put together very well and she has a way to keep me motivated to continue to push work hard to meet my goals. She is also very knowledgeable in nutrition and diet. She continues to research not only various exercises and ways to get the most out of the exercise, she does the same with my diet and nutrition. I do not eat well, no vegetables or fruit. Tine will research vitamins and proteins and other foods that I do like, which replaces the vegetables and fruits that I do not eat. I did not work my legs prior to working out with Tine and I have notices my legs are developing faster than I thought. My knees and hips would ache when I would walk long distances. Now that I have been working my legs with Tine, my aches and pains are almost completely gone and my cardio has improved. She is a great trainer, motivator and advisor on diet and nutrition. I had 6 abdominal surgeries and a cervical fusion. I did not think I would ever be able to feel my abdominal muscles and the definition in whole body has improved as well as my confidence. Russ is literally my favorite trainer, and he takes training above and beyond, he thinks outside average training, makes workouts fun and challenging, he pushes you to a new level and he never lets you give up. Russ takes you outside makes group fitness expos and he is personal, so heis more of friend then a drill instructor, he cares !! Seriously favorite !!!
Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well.

Coach Randy is the best trainer I've ever worked with. His workouts are innovative, challenging and never the same. He incorporates body weight exercises, plyometrics, light weights and safe cross-fit-style exercises into every workout. Best of all, everything is low impact. After only 30 minutes of his innovative approach, I'm always sweating with an elevated heart rate. For any level of fitness, Coach Randy is a pro. He'll get you in shape in no time if you stick it out.
