Tim is amazing and I am thrilled that I found him on here. In one nutrition session, I found someone that is energetic, enthusiastic, creative and knowledgeable. He knows all about my thyroid disorder and came prepared with a nutrition plan and backup plans and all sorts of other things - right at our consult! A consult turned into a full on Nutrition Session because he was so prepared and I loved everything he had to say! I feel like I can finally conquer everything that I have been worried about with his help! I look forward to going to Tim for training sessions too!

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. It started out just want to lose 20 lbs before vacation and I lost 30! I even got more toned! After such an amazing experience with his training and himself as a person I didn't want to stop. I have been training with Tania for about 6 months now, and I would be confident to say that you will not find a better personal trainer in the area! Her attentiveness, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge are things that have encouraged me to continue training with her time and time again. She is always on-time, incredibly personable to talk to, and always ready to put you to work. Since I have started in March I have seen my body change in ways Ive never thought possible. I feel confident in the gym, have a better idea of proper form, and just feel great about myself overall. My stamina and endurance is just ridiculous compared to when I started. My strength has improved considerably-- and because of Tania, I will be competing in my first bikini competition in the fall! (This is coming from the forever chubby girl in high school people ). I came to her with a specific goal and she is doing her all to get me there. She puts me in the right frame of mind for success, and shes excellent with nutritional guidance as well. What I also love about Tania is that there is a method to her madness. She will always have a reason to why we are training this or that, or eating this or that..(In the beginning I was always asking why we were doing particular things within our training.. She always had a logical answer. Now I dont questionthe process is obviously working!) If you are looking to go above and beyond what you think is possible of yourself-- it helps to have the motivation and expertise to get you there. I am lucky to have found Tania on my journey of improving my life, and recommend her whole-heartedly.
Connie is fun to work out with & exercising hasn't always been a thrill for me especially when it comes to lifting weights & doing squats!! Connie has great insight to accessing your limits and at the same time realizes how & when to push you to achieve results!!! I have been working with her for 6 months now & plan to continue training with her for years to come. Anyone who is not a gym rat or doesn't enjoy exercising MUST try training with Connie. SHE IS THE BEST of THE BEST!!!
My name is Antonio Graziano, and I’ve been training at Stefan’s gym for a few years, and they have been the best few years of training I have ever had. A few years back I was on a quest to become a Law Enforcement officer, and had taken many exams. I scored well but when it came to the physical testing I fell short a few times. On two separate physical exams I failed the 1 ½ mile run. I was crushed and with my recent failures on my mind I began looking for a trainer, and this is when I found my home at the well-known Evolution Fitness Gym (now known as DISCIPLINE). On day 1 of training with Stefan I explained to him what had just happened to me and went on to say how I would be taking another physical exam in the months to come. Ultimately, I told him I was training to become a law enforcement officer, and that I needed his help. Stefan looked at me and he said “you failed twice, that will never happen again.” From that day on we trained harder and harder everyday beginning the transformation that would hopefully land me where I wanted to be. Stefan had something new for me every single day, and I never knew walking in whether I would be doing push-ups, or flying 360 inverted Michael Jackson donkey kick burpees… but never the less I did everything I possibly could to make sure I finished whatever task he set for me. Stefan never let me give up and always made sure I finished whatever workout he created no matter how tough. After many months of training I took my physical examination for the Police, and not only did I pass it, but I crushed it and got accepted into the Police Academy. Knowing I only had a month or so left with Stefan we kicked it up a few more notches and went to work. When the time finally came to head off to the academy I was walking away fully transformed and ready to go. At this moment in time I am at the tail end of my academy and almost ready to hit the streets. I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today without Stefan. -Antonio "HAMMER" Graziano

Tim Johnson is an excellent trainer! I started training with him one month ago and have already lost 7 pounds and 4 inches. His exercises are made to target every part of the body with very noticeable results. Workout sessions are powerful, but without the physical torture one imagines is needed to achieve a fit/toned body. Not only is Tim an excellent personal trainer, but a very kind and respectful person. He is flexible with hours, which is great if you have a busy lifestyle, and is willing to come to you for sessions. Aadil and I have been training together for the last 3 years. It has been the best investment I have made. Investing in Aadil is akin to an investment in yourself. I went from barely being able to do a plank for 30 seconds to being able to squat and deadlift more than my body weight. If you follow his workouts and his nutritional guidance to the t, you will see results. He invests so much of his own time in learning more about exercise and nutrition and all the fields that surround it. You won't get that old school mentality that some trainers have.

I trained with Casey for approximately 4 years. In that time Casey has dramatically improved my strength and cardio along with the fact I lost 15lbs. I feel great have more energy and look even better. I truly enjoyed my time training with Casey and would continue except for the fact that he relocated out of state. I am a physician at the Rhode Island Lifespan Hospital. I have worked with many medical professionals in my career so far but I have nothing but compliments for this personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable about human kinesiology and physiology. He is very flexible and willing to work around my busy physician schedule. He is extremely understanding of my work/life balance. He will go out of his way to adjust his schedule to fit mine. He builds customized exercise plan that is tailored to each individual. My wife and I have been working with him for months and we have no complaints. One of the greatest attributes of this trainer is his dedication and hard-work. He is committed to improving my health. When I am training with him, he is always mentally/physically/spiritually present 100% of the time. He is very professional and punctual. He constantly thinks of different ways he can challenge my body, to work with and through functional injuries or limitations, if needed. Not only is this trainer a very educated and knowledgeable professional, he is very sociable and respectful. I am new to this area and he has become a great motivator, teacher, and friend. My wife and I highly recommend working with this trainer.
I was hesitant to try personal training - skeptical of what could actually be accomplished in a small area in my home. Fast forward 10 weeks and bam! I feel amazing and have already decreased my BMI 5 points. Danielle challenges me but reminds me to listen to my body. Beginning round 2 this week.
Luis is a great trainer! He's very motivating and encouraging. He pushes me hard in our training sessions, but always with a smile on his face. He checks in with me regularly outside our fitness sessions to keep me focused on my goals. I know he believes in me and my fitness goals. I can't wait to get even more fit and healthy with Luis!

I've trained with Rob for many years. He's an outstanding trainer and a compassionate person. He's trained me when I was training for a triathlon, and during my recovery from major operations. In this sense I can speak to his skills for a client at different levels. I would recommend Rob for the elite athlete, or the person struggling to regain their strength, and everyone in the middle. He listens to his clients and designs smart and innovative workouts that will meet their individual goals. He is also very positive and encouraging, which has helped me when I've had to create new fitness goals for myself. He's fantastic!
