Mackens is a great, personable trainer. I never did anything other than cardio at the gym. Mackens worked with me, conditioning me and training me to lift weights. He is an excellent instructor, teaching me proper form and technique. Mackens is supportive and an great motivator. Working with Mackens, I have lost over 20 pounds and am much stronger than ever.
I have been working out with Lisa for over 3 years now, and all the good words you're reading are true. Lisa is attentive to your goals, a top-notch trainer. I have never enjoyed working out, and always felt like I was faking my way through a typical gym workout on my own. Not so training with Lisa. She takes you to places that you will NEVER take yourself, pushing you to the max. I have lost weight and put on significant muscle mass, all while training 1-2 times a week. You owe it to yourself to at least give Lisa a shot to see if you like it - and I bet you will!! The best part is she will come to your home for private workouts!
Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
After training witb Brenda for about 4 months I have noticed significant results. Brenda always makes sure to mix up the workouts and always makes sure I get a full body workout. She pushes me to always make the best of every session. Not only is she a great trainer, but she is punctual, professional and flexible.

Initial consult went wonderfully well, had a chance to watch her work with someone else and then we discussed my needs and I was very satified with the plan going forward. She's very personable and easy talk to and I found that to be a major plus. Will start actual personal training in a few weeks.

I came to Mike several months ago because I wanted to develop a consistent strength training program. Mike has developed an individualized program that has given me stronger muscles. My rotator cuff muscle is pain free and I am amazed at the strength in my shoulders and legs. In fact, I am feeling good all over. Mike has the ability to tap into what your body needs. He also helps me monitor my nutrition to keep me healthy. He is always on time and can accommodate my schedule. He is an excellent motivator.

My name is Antonio Graziano, and I’ve been training at Stefan’s gym for a few years, and they have been the best few years of training I have ever had. A few years back I was on a quest to become a Law Enforcement officer, and had taken many exams. I scored well but when it came to the physical testing I fell short a few times. On two separate physical exams I failed the 1 ½ mile run. I was crushed and with my recent failures on my mind I began looking for a trainer, and this is when I found my home at the well-known Evolution Fitness Gym (now known as DISCIPLINE). On day 1 of training with Stefan I explained to him what had just happened to me and went on to say how I would be taking another physical exam in the months to come. Ultimately, I told him I was training to become a law enforcement officer, and that I needed his help. Stefan looked at me and he said “you failed twice, that will never happen again.” From that day on we trained harder and harder everyday beginning the transformation that would hopefully land me where I wanted to be. Stefan had something new for me every single day, and I never knew walking in whether I would be doing push-ups, or flying 360 inverted Michael Jackson donkey kick burpees… but never the less I did everything I possibly could to make sure I finished whatever task he set for me. Stefan never let me give up and always made sure I finished whatever workout he created no matter how tough. After many months of training I took my physical examination for the Police, and not only did I pass it, but I crushed it and got accepted into the Police Academy. Knowing I only had a month or so left with Stefan we kicked it up a few more notches and went to work. When the time finally came to head off to the academy I was walking away fully transformed and ready to go.
