Jacob created a season long workout routine for my competitive Ultimate Frisbee team. The program started from a nice easy base workout schedule and has progressively gotten harder each week making it more and more challenging for our players in a VERY GOOD way! As captain, I can visibly see the progress our players have made in terms of endurance, speed, agility, and overall fitness. In years past, our team has been a lower level competitive team and did not take our previous workouts very seriously. However, due to this workout program, we have been able to turn a losing record team into a 16-4 winning team and counting! We've been able to out run and out play two previously better teams that we've never been able to beat before! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this workout program not only because Jacob knows how to progress workouts in a safe way for all people, but because his instructions are simple, he has videos to show/explain the workouts, and he even comes to workouts to demonstrate proper techniques and get a sense of how we are progressing. You won't be disappointed!

I have worked out at many different gyms and bootcamps always looking to achieve the same goal to Lose fat build lean muscle. It wasn't until I met Devon that I actually began to make real progress to my goal. She is truly great at what she does. She checks in with multiple times a week to make sure I am on track with my nutrition goals in addition to my training with her. Every time we train its something new, which I really enjoy beacuse it never gets boring. She incorporates parts of boxing, cardio, weight training and conditioning to every session. I am going to be walking down the aisle Aug 30th for my big day, and my major focus area has been my upper body and arms. I have toned and lost inches in my arms/chest in just 2 months. I have been training with Tania for about 6 months now, and I would be confident to say that you will not find a better personal trainer in the area! Her attentiveness, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge are things that have encouraged me to continue training with her time and time again. She is always on-time, incredibly personable to talk to, and always ready to put you to work. Since I have started in March I have seen my body change in ways I’ve never thought possible. I feel confident in the gym, have a better idea of proper form, and just feel great about myself overall. My stamina and endurance is just ridiculous compared to when I started. My strength has improved considerably-- and because of Tania, I will be competing in my first bikini competition in the fall! (This is coming from the forever “chubby” girl in high school people…). I have been training with Tania for approximately 8 months or so and the changes I am seeing are incredible. When I first met with her and completed my first 30 minute session, I was wiped out and truly believed I would just get through my 24 sessions and call it quits. Jana Heath is the best at what she does. Her workouts are challenging but achievable, and after wards I am always so happy I went and I feel great all day. She is everything you want in a fitness instructor: knowledgeable, educated, experienced, creative (her workouts are never dull), inspiring and kind. Everyone in our boot camp class adores her. You're in good hands with Jana because of her knowledge about the body, exercise and nutrition. When I first started working with Jana I thought I was in pretty good shape. But what I didn't realize was that my core was weak. Jana's boot camp was exactly what I needed to round out my exercise regime. I was amazed at the difference after only a few short weeks. South Eastern Connecticut Fitness Bootcamp is a results-driven conditioning program that will shape, tone, and define your body. There are two class times at 60-minute duration per class. The classes are conducted "on the move" in an indoor/outdoor environment. The class is conducted utilizing a military-style format, using innovative and creative exercises in fitness. South Eastern Connecticut Fitness Bootcamp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, resistance bands, jump ropes, yoga mats, and stairs.
