Quantum Phytness is fantastic! Myself and my group met you Jaisen this morning, very impressed and all in with continuing with them. Jaisen is assigning a fitness coach to our group and we're very excited to say the least. The workouts are challenging and very effective. The fitness coaches are well versed in how the body works, and are keen to listen to any concerns you might have. We were all around impressed! We would definitely suggest you take them up on the complimentary offer!
I was very comfortable & statisfied with my consultation with Steve Stern, of Common Sense Fitness. Steve answered all of my questions during our consultation, and reviewed some basic health & nutrition information, then assessed my fitness level. Peter, my personal trainer, is a stand up person with a great personality. He is very flexible with scheduling. He is also educated in dealing with clients with injury and medical issues. Besides his experience as a trainer, Peter has a background education in the health sciences and has worked as a PHysical Therapy assistant. Peter helped me get out of my cancer treatment slump and trained me with an injured shoulder. Over four months I lost 14 pounds and gained back the energy and strength I lost during chemo and radiation therapy. I am back in shape again and have Peter to thank for this. I come to his home to train where he has a very well equipt gym but he will also come to you to train you. He travels from eastern Long Island to queens. I am very pleased with my results so far and I really like Peter as a person. GO FOR IT!!!
Working with Kathy is awesome- I do see myself working with her for a long time. Love her coaching and encouragement as well. Kathy, trianing is all about proper form and no injury! And that is key for proper weight-lifing!!! One can get awesome training without the overly soreness- muscles are worked without the extreme shred. Love it! Great workout and great coach. working out with Mackens has been very rewarding. His classes are not just productive but they are also fun. Mackens knows our goals and he embraces us to reach them. Now I see lines in my body that i have never seen before. Mackens is not just a good trainer but he is also a good friend who cares not just about our look but also about our health.
Tom has the unique ability to provide Heath coaching and life coaching. This prompted me to return to him after 12 months away. He is very prompt, very in tune with my needs, and look forward to teaming with him to make great strides this year.

Having had several trainers in the past, I can say definitely that Jeremy is an exceptionally skilled and effective trainer and demonstrates skills that other trainers just do not possess. Jeremy has great interpersonal and customer service skills and is a delight to work with. What really sets him apart, is his intricate knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and to intervene to achieve optimal functioning. Jeremy is perhaps as or more skilled than the physical therapists with which I have worked. He is constantly attentive to posture, subtle mechanics, balance, and monitors the effectiveness of mechanics (not just brute strength). Jeremy is excellent for any level of fitness or experience. I am a life long athlete that is recovering from severe illness and muscle atrophy. My partner is over 65 and previous hated exercise. In a short period of time, Jeremy has made tremendous positive impact in our physical (and mental) health and fitness. I recommend him with incredible enthusiasm.
I have had a gym membership for years, but over time I just found myself bored and unmotivated. Having been an athlete in my youth, I've had injuries resulting in 3 knee surgeries and still have chronic ankle/knee problems. I never seemed to make great progress on my own building strength. Being a naturally inconsistent and impatient person, I would often take 1 step forward and 2 steps back because what I was doing to "help" would sometimes end up hurting me. I have made great strides with Michael, he is a great motivator and is passionate about health, nutrition and overall wellness.
I would like to recommend this life saving, rescuer who I saw at my heaviest, most depressed time. I have lost 103 pounds with Melissa Love and am no longer facing a life destined not to be very long. My health has done a complete reversal and I am no longer on insulin for diabetes !My lab work is astonishingly perfect, where before I was flagged as being "out of range"on every major marker for poor health. (cardio Iq, aic (diabetes) ldl high, hdl low,liver enzymes) i could go on and on how my health and life has changed!!! I still have 24 pounds to go to get to goal of 135 but my god!!! that's nothing when 103 is gone! I'm a perfect size 10-12 depending on the cut and shopping my skinny butt off in normal high end fashionable stores!!! sssh! I'm hiding the charges from my husband (lol) Melissa's program is the only real way to lose weight for good. She is also brilliant at getting you to stop whining and start winning! Excellent experience ! I was a bit nervous in general before meeting but Hideka made us feel comfortable immediately ! She was extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness which was impressive. She was willing to work around our busy schedule which was super convenient . Hideka was patient, organized, and had a really positive attitude ! My partner and I️ inquired on training together . Hideka found out our strengths and weaknesses and focused a work out plan based on that which made it feel more personal and unique. Hideka made working out fun and exciting which was really awesome ! She is very motivated and conscious and really good vibes; we got a lot done and left our first workout feeling really great and extremely productive ! We are super lucky to have found her /Looking forward to future work outs and we highly recommend her she is fantastic ! 5 Stars! :)

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. It started out just want to lose 20 lbs before vacation and I lost 30! I even got more toned! After such an amazing experience with his training and himself as a person I didn't want to stop. I have been training with Noah for approximately 5 months. He is undoubtedly one of the best trainers I have worked with for a number of reasons. First of all, I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule and he has been extremely accommodating and understanding. I have not missed a week since I began in February. He has created a plan that fits my needs and my age very nicely. He is able to get the most out of me, knowing exactly how far I can go. There is no way I would be able to do the same on my own. He is creative in his workouts, which I love because you never get bored. We work a new exercise or two into each session, which is great for the mind and the body. He is absolutely committed to getting me to my goals and knows how to create and execute a clear path toward achievement of those goals. Noah is a student of human physiology and he understands the importance of stretching, which is critical to a person my age. He has introduced me to new stretches which I am able to also do on my own. Last month, I has lower back spasms and he spent an entire hour stretching me in the right places which provided immediate relief. In short, Noah is a committed and reliable trainer who has been the perfect work out partner for me from every perspective. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to get in better shape, and do it in a safe and appropriate manner.
