Jaisen is great. He's easy to communicate with and he absolutely pushes me to my limits during a workout. He pays attention to my health conditions and adjusts the workout to avoid injury. He also adjusts the intensity level according to my feedbacks so that I get the right amount of exercise I need to reach my goal. I can see that my workouts are definitely much more effective with him than by myself.
My experience with Marcia has been excellent. Through her training sessions I have gained strength and flexibility. I have improved my diet through her nutrition counseling. One of the best things that has resulted from training with Marcia, is a huge improvement with my back. I used to have frequent low back pain from disc problems. Since I have worked with Marcia, I rarely have this issue. Marcia pushes you to constantly improve but in such a nice way that she makes it fun. I highly recommend her training. If you keep up with it, you will definitely see results, that both you and your significant other will notice!
Tim is an excellent trainer whom I highly recommend. Rather than using a "standard routine", he designs his session to focus on an individual's needs and goals ie. weight loss, strength, increased flexibility in a particular area, etc. In every session he addresses any new issues or concerns or injuries and incorporates appropriate exercises. I find him the perfect motivator - somehow he pushes me without my even realizing how he does it. He is pleasant and encouraging and at the same time convinces me to work harder. My fitness level has improved significantly while working with Tim and he has also directed me to other resources and programs to help in my efforts to improve fitness and lose weight. Again, without any hesitation I recommend Tim as a personal trainer - he is the best!!

Rob been training me for more than a year. Rob has in-depth knowledge and tremendous experience on fitness training. He's extremely smart to understand the muscular limits of individuals and prepare the training levels accordingly. His training methods involve introducing periodic changes to break the routines and this helps in physical improvement. I like the level of intensity in general (the first month was too easy). I liked this pst week's agility in that there was more disc involvement and game simulation but it also was not hard/long enough. If we could get 1 or 2 slightly more rigorous drills involving discs and 2 just pure footwork/speed drills that would be perfect. But in general it's been very good
Portia was very informative and attentive to my personal workout goals. I felt comfortable and she started my workout to fit where my body was physically. She did not push me too hard to where I might hurt myself and most importantly she assessed my level of skilll and strength. Portia is definetly a great trainer!
Pete's a very attentive fitness professional capable of operating group workouts that seemingly attend to individualized needs of all fitness levels. At $20 for an intense hour he's the best deal going.
Mike Smith was very professional but personal when we trained. He always had something new for us to do so the training never got stale. I saw great results when on the lacrosse field. I took a 30 minute speed training session, twice a week, for 3 months with Mike Smith. I got a chance to play on a national championship team and I couldn't have done it without Mike Smith.
We are like the perfect storm, alike in so many ways (not all the best ways), with that said, I have worked out with many trainers in the past and Matt is no holds barred. he constantly thinks outside the box and reinvents workouts. Because of him I can do a ten minute plank and my stamina is better than it has been. He will train boxing, yoga, cardio, weight training, obstacle courses etc., there is no limit. He will train outside, inside and side ways :). He trains in a gym, in a school yard and at a friends house. He pushes you and does not kiss your butt so you know when you did well. He really is the perfect trainer for me. His ultimate goal is to make you the best athlete you can be. He tailor's workouts to each individual person and will tone them down if he sees the need to.. His competitive spirit i thrive on.and tries to be as flexible with his hours as possible. I strongly encourage anyone who truly likes to work out and wants intensity to hire him.
I am a 20 year old boxer in great shape cardio and weightlifting wise. So there isn't much people that can get me to sweat from a good workout. But the way Adam geared it towards specifically me was awesome. He disigned a high intensity multi compound movement circuit that had me going the whole time. It was fantastic, you can tell the time he put in to design a program specifically for me and some of the things we were doing I've never even seen before and I was stunned how well it worked. We focused on building and keep the muscle I have while dropping the weight which is difficult and I can't be more pleased how good of a trainer this guy is. Very passionate about what he does I highly recommend Adam!
Andrew trained me in a legs and shoulders workout that lasted approximately one hour. Andrew was very patient and attentive to making sure that I was using proper form throughout all my exercises. Before my training with Andrew, I avoided deadlifts like the plague because of the lower back issues I frequently encountered with them. Now, I'm finally able to strengthen my hamstrings and balance my quads without having to worry about throwing out my back. Andrew was very professional and kept me focused on task, making sure I got the most out of my workout and didn't slack off, yet was an enjoyable person to work with and speak with during breaks between sets. I certainly look forward to working with him again, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to learn proper form or just get back into solid shape!
I have been training with Tania for about 6 months now, and I would be confident to say that you will not find a better personal trainer in the area! Her attentiveness, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge are things that have encouraged me to continue training with her time and time again. She is always on-time, incredibly personable to talk to, and always ready to put you to work. Since I have started in March I have seen my body change in ways Ive never thought possible. I feel confident in the gym, have a better idea of proper form, and just feel great about myself overall. My stamina and endurance is just ridiculous compared to when I started. My strength has improved considerably-- and because of Tania, I will be competing in my first bikini competition in the fall! (This is coming from the forever chubby girl in high school people ). I came to her with a specific goal and she is doing her all to get me there. She puts me in the right frame of mind for success, and shes excellent with nutritional guidance as well. What I also love about Tania is that there is a method to her madness. She will always have a reason to why we are training this or that, or eating this or that..(In the beginning I was always asking why we were doing particular things within our training.. She always had a logical answer. Now I dont questionthe process is obviously working!) If you are looking to go above and beyond what you think is possible of yourself-- it helps to have the motivation and expertise to get you there. I am lucky to have found Tania on my journey of improving my life, and recommend her whole-heartedly.
I began training with Stefan 3 years ago in order to prepare for an agilities test that was an important component of a job that I had applied for. After less than 6 months I was able to max out the test. I have continued training with Stefan as he keeps challenging me and forcing me to improve, while changing things up and keeping it from becoming "just another session." I have seen continual improvements in the agilities tests that I continue to take for my job as well as its other physical aspects. It is amazing how far one can go with some work and help from Stefan!
