I started training with Svet a couple of months ago and love it! He is pushes me just enough to get me to keep going without overdoing it. I usually give up pretty quickly and I was surprised with my progress. I was not only looking to get my self back into shape, but I also wanted to change my eating habits. I always struggled with random cravings and always gave in. He was able to help me with adjusting my diet and nutrition, providing information on different supplements and meal plans to keep me on track. Always a bonus!! Another thing I really liked was that we could either train at the gym at the community center or at my townhouse. They will really go where you want to go. Svet and his trainers know what they are doing and know a lot of great exercises, and you can tell that they love what they do! All in all I'm definitely giving a 5 out 5 and would highly recommend this team.
Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
Chris is awesome. He has gone out of his way to accommodate my ridiculous schedule as a single parent. He personalizes each workout, as well as a nutrition plan, and follows up to make sure it's something you are able to stick with. I have never worked with a personal trainer before, and I'm probably not the easiest client, but Chris is approachable and friendly and he actually listens. Signing up for a personal trainer was daunting to me, because I thought someone was going to bark orders at me, but Chris is the exact opposite. I appreciate his calm demeanor, and he is able to push me further in my workouts without treating me like an Army recruit. That might work for some people, but it definitely would've prevented me from coming back. I planned on learning just a few techniques to apply at home, and only intended on working with Chris for a week, but his level of motivation has made me change my mind, and I'm working with him once a week now to stay on task with my goals. Highly recommend him, and if the other trainers at Jones4Fitness are anything like him, don't hesitate to give them a chance.
I wanted to write you about my AMAZING experience that I have at Fitness Stop in Falls Church, Virginia. I have been training with them since February and I can’t believe what a transformation it has made, both physically and mentally. I continuously receive compliments about my weight loss which consequently has lead to my self esteem soaring. I owe all this to the trainers at Fitness Stop's great attitude, professionalism, and caring for their clients. My goals are steadily being met. I feel so much lighter and stronger than I have in a long time. Very professional. I especially appreciate the time they take to explain the exercises, and how they should or shouldn't be feeling while doing them. It's good to know that trainers care about your form while doing movements so you get the best from your workout while not injuring yourself.
Been working with Cornelius for almost a year now. I appreciate the subtle but effect approach he takes to helping clients reach their goals, nay perhaps achieve beyond their expectations! Creative, varied sessions encouragement without excessive praise. He is great at identifying and correcting form issues on the way to improving function and effectiveness of the exercises. I am reasonably fit for my 62 years, but he has worked with my level of strength, agility, stamina and gently emboldened me toward further improvement.
I recommend Jenise 100%. She is a pro and you feel like your money is well spent because she is serious about her job and has the exercise routine all figure out before the session starts. she does not improvise and I can tell she has good experience which, for me, means I can trust her judgment on exercise choices. I appreciate that she is always on time and will tell (and show you) when you are making some mistakes with the exercise (some trainers don´t do this! so for me this a huge plus). I take 2 classes a week because of schedule possibilities but I think that, if you can afford it, 3 is the ideal number.
Anthony has been working with my high schooler on strength and agility training and is AWESOME. He's encouraging while remaining tough, and is laser focused the whole time. I'd highly recommend him.
I have been working out with Gary for almost 3 years. I was in average shape when I started and since then he has helped me achieve a number of goals. He knows just how hard to push to get the most out of you. He is also full of great advice on nutrition. I've worked with several trainers over the years and Gary is by far the best.

I have trained with Emmanuel for the past 2 years. I cycled through a number of trainers before training with Emmanuel. He is college educated, professional, and respectful of my time. He caters his workouts to your individual needs and adjusts exercises based on aliments or preferences. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. I would recommend Emmanuel Kargbo to anyone looking for a good consistent trainer. He is a former football player and sprinter, so he is perfect for ex-athletes.
The training is flexible with my schedule and the trainers go above and beyond in teaching you the fundamentals of exercising and nutrition.
More than being proud of working out with Coach Gee. I lost 7 pounds and 11 inches in my first 10 days! I like the nutrition plan and I really enjoy with my work out schedule. Sean is a phenomenal trainer who tailors workouts based upon individual goals and needs. His background in gymnastics as well as NPC competitions is priceless. He is patient and flexible and takes his time with you while also explaining how best to maximize your workouts for the greatest success. True professional and very skilled trainer. I recommend him to anyone no matter what their fitness goals are. I’ve been working with him for 3 weeks now. I’ve lost 2 inches in my waist as well as have gained muscle and lost 6 pounds so far. Sean is amazing! He provides the guidance and expertise and you provide the effort (sweat and hard work) in the gym! Team work makes the dream work!!
I worked out with Soup for a few months and then moved elsewhere and I wish that there was a Soup here! He is hands down on of the best trainers that I have worked with. As a former collegiate athlete, I have had a lot of trainers in my life and I can say that Soup has been the best. He not only managed what workouts that I would do, he managed my eating habits and how to get me back on track. He is very motivating and fun! He really cares about you personally and if anything is affecting you, he is the first one to ask. He focuses on what you want to change about your body and makes it a priority to help you. Soup isn't only focused on you when you are in your sessions, he follows up and holds you accountable outside the workout.
I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. Niki is absolutely amazing as a trainer! She's firm but also reassuring and motivating. She's extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is very accommodating when it comes to what I am comfortable with. It has only been one week since I've been working with her and I am already seeing results. I travel often and have an extremely busy schedule when I am not traveling. Utilizing League Elite's online training allows me to take advantage of personal training on MY schedule. Some days I prefer to workout really, really early and other days I prefer to work really, really late hours. Having 24hr access to my workout plan is P-E-R-F-E-C-T for me. Coach K and JB are awesome! They are professional, reliable and knowledgeable trainers. I like that they designed a workout and a meal plan specifically for ME.
