I have never worked with a pt before, but after my 2 kids decided to give it a shot. My scale hasnt budged in 2.5 years and i have lost 20 lbs. In the 4 months ive been working with Marie. I love her adaptability and creativity--it seems depending on the week, I have a different limitation but she always manages to modify or re-focus without giving me any excuses. The special attention to nutrition is added value for the money. Would absolutely recommend if you arecin a slup, need some consistent motivation or want to compliment your current regimine.
Love my trainer, Jonas! Very knowledgable in fitness and nutrition. Workouts are different everyday and I never get bored. Plus the gym is clean and the members/staff are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend if you need a little motivation to stay on track with your fitness goals!

So if you're unfamiliar with Wellness Works 4 Life or with Coach Deb, you may be wondering who she is? What does she do? Is it worth it? Is it worth it is an emphatic "YES!" but I will let the website and some of the other comments speak to those other things. I writing this because Deb has helped me change my life for the better and I will always appreciate her for it. So I am going to add some detail about me, lest you think i'm some fake person phoning in a review. I was already sort of healthy, or so I thought: no meat, not much processed foods, a social drinker only, "slim" (enough). However, I was slowly picking up weight and my energy wasn't the same as it had used to be. You see, one of the biggest benefits in my mind--one of the coolest things--when I initially dropped meat was that I got this surge in energy. It made me believe that digestion must have been taking a bunch of energy. Now, I didn't need as much sleep and still woke up more refreshed. It was fantastic. I learned though from Deb that I was missing a lot in my diet, and had too much of some other stuff because of my diet. I was out of whack. She helped me do a cleanse, and then we started rebuilding my body bit by bit, step by step. It took a long time and it was difficult and I am still not done by any stretch, but I already feel so much better. What you get with Deb is personalized assistance that spans not just nutrition but life: you find out it's all about relationships. Deb is such a positive person, and I really appreciate that. Where ever you are trying to go, Deb will help. You are going to be purchasing better food, eating better food (she's got CRAZY TASTY recipes), saving money doing it, feeling better and if you're into lbs and inches, dropping those. Deb is a wellness coach that helps you be the best you. She doesn't take nonsense but she's super patient. TLDR: If you put your best foot forward, you and your body will not regret it. I have been trying to lose weight for two years. I then sat down with Titus and expressed my frustrations with other weight loss methods. I told him that I am definitely ready to lose weight. We discussed a meal plan that would fit into my pescetarian lifestyle. Titus developed a meal plan. THANK GOD!
