Words will never explain the amount of detail, passion and creativity Catherine brought to our wedding. I wasn’t the kind of bride who had much of a plan, budget, or really anything; all I knew were the vendors that I wanted. She took it from there and found and created every missing piece a bride and groom could ask for in their wedding. She went beyond expectations and turned my shabby ideas for centerpieces into works of art with her beautiful globes and hand made paper airplanes. What started out as a business partnership turned into an everlasting friendship. She takes your ideas and personal touches and turns them into the event of your dreams. People couldn't stop talking about all of the little details she put into the wedding. Everyone kept complimenting me, but really every single part was Catherine and her dream team. Our vendors were a huge part of how amazing our wedding went but Catherine literally took everything to the next level. The best part? When it was all over she took care of everything for us. Tipping vendors? She hand delivered them. Cleaning up the ball room and bridal suite. No worries she’s got it. Cards and gifts, don’t fret she’ll stow them safely. And most importantly, worry another vendor will try and take advantage of you or exploit your ignorance, she’s got your back. You won’t find another Cat in the industry. She’s worth millions in gold and her prices are almost a steal for what you’re getting in return. Creativity, piece of mind and organization. I wouldn’t have wanted to get married without a wedding planner, but God brought us the one who could take care of it. Thank you so much Cat!! You are truly amazing.

I want to thank Janice Whitney and Jay for making my father 75th birthday event spectacular. The words beyond the Call of Duty is a understatement for these three☺ I appreciate everything they did to make this event run smoothly and words cannot explain the gratitude I have in meeting these three for the first time. They became part of the family. Janet was absolutely amazing and most important patient with me. I had a destination wedding, I must have called her 100xs to add things/change things and she listened, I told her what I wanted and she made my vision come to life. The day of my wedding it rained all morning, it cleared up maybe an hour before, while she was calm I was freaking out, and she did her very best to assure me everything was going to be ok and as beautiful as i expected. She kept her word and I couldn't have asked for more. It was beautiful!! I would recommend her over and over. She knows what shes doing!

  • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
  • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
