His knowledge how to help each individual client is amazing . I started seeing results in others and then I noticed how my body took an awesome appearance. My energy level is thru the roof! "I hired Ahmed as a personal trainer 14 months ago, hoping to get lean and defined. I'm in my late 40's, and I needed a skilled pro to help motivate me and to achieve the specific results that I wanted. Ahmed listened to my inputs, set some goals, and we developed a great fitness plan. Diet and nutrition were included (normally overlooked by other trainers). I achieved most of my goals quickly, and I learned proper lifting form, and I corrected mistakes from years ago. I lost 10lbs (from 158lbs to 148lbs), and I became lean and defined. I look years younger, and I feel younger too. Ahmed has a great understanding of each of his clients - he adjusts workouts so that they're always challenging, pushing you the right amount. I'm very pleased with the results, and I look forward to my training sessions each week. I highly recommend Symmetry Fitness for Personal Training and other fitness programs."

"I have been trying to increase my strength for a while. I consider myself very well educated in physical fitness. SoFlo has the most educated and innovative trainers I have ever experienced. I saw incredible results in a short amount of time. They showed me things that I did not know existed. I was excited every time I got to workout with my trainer. They very extremely nice and courteous also. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any sort of fitness need at all. They are very reasonably priced also."

"I truly enjoy my training sessions (workouts) with Serge. He's not only patient, but he's very knowledgeable and explains each type of workout while I do it so I better understand why I do it that way or how not to hurt myself. Serge is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). Before I started training with him, I felt overwhelmed and hated going to gyms because of the intimidation I would feel, but he makes the atmosphere more comforting yet professionally done. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to SERIOUSLY start training, he's definitely dedicated to heavy lifting and bodybuilding to build those muscles. "

"Brian has been my personal trainer for over a year. He was very good at motivating me to push hard even on days when I didn't think I could do it. Brian is very knowledgeable with equipment in the gym and what foods and supplements to use or avoid to get the best results. The workouts can be really tough but I saw the results by keeping at it. For losing weight, did combination of weight training with high intensity cardio and Brian told me exactly what to eat and drink before and after the workout to get the most out of the session. I am almost 50 years old yet after a year of training, I feel like 30 years old and feel strong. When you pick Brian as your trainer, he will take care of all the details of what to do and he will make sure you do proper form to get the most out of each exercise. This also includes adjusting the weight based on your current strength level so that it isn't too easy or too hard but challenging based on the reps he is targeting. "
