Thanks to Matt Gray & Allegiance Fitness I am on my way to FINALLY achieving the level of fitness I hope to attain (& the body shape of course). I love the fact that my training will be one on one with my instructor and that they offer a variety of services (including one on one training, group exercises, meal planning, & classes) with reasonable affordable rates! They were all so accommodating to my schedule and not to mention very welcoming! I am extremely excited to start my journey with allegiance fitness! I found Rob to be very helpful and patient. I never had received any type of formal excercising training before and he taught me the basics in 3 months. I would definately use Rob again if the prices were more reasonable and I could dedicate the time needed to be in a program. I would definately recommend Rob to others.
Josh is an amazing hardworking trainer. He helped me withmy post partum training after I was cleared to workout. I had an emergency c section and he helped me recover abdominal strength quickly.
I trained with Alyssa in Florida and I can't say enough great things about her. She truly tooo her time evaluating me/my needs before going full swing into training sessions. By doing this, it allowed her to see what areas I'm most weak in, strong in and where my injuries were. Knowing my last injuries alllwed her to create a game plan that truly catered to my needs (weight loss and toning) without me feeling like I would re-injure myself. She pays attention to form and pushes you to do the best you can! I lost around 20ish lbs with her (maybe more) and felt stronger each session. I highly recommend Alyssa to help you reach your goals! I would still be training with her if she hasn't moved from FL!

Jarred Mussen is very professional and a strong motivator. He listens to the clients and establishes a plan that will work for the individual or group he is training. I enjoyed my time training with him.
Gary will ask what your goals are, why you're working out/what you want to achieve. Constantly changes the workouts so they are not boring . He truly motivates during workout and stays in touch between sessions as well (will periodically send text messages with quotes to keep you motivated).I stopped using a trainer and worked out on my own awhile . I wasn't being consitent and wasn't getting results so the first person I thought of was Gary and I started training with him again
