About a year ago I received surgery on my shoulder. Several pins in my labrum and a cut bicep tendon. I felt as if I'd never get back in shape. Long days and nights of laying in bed, taking pain killers while drinking started to get the best of me. I became depressed. While scrolling through my newsfeed one day on Facebook I stumbled across an old buddy that was very successful, not only in the gym community, coaching and being in phenomenal shape, but as charismatic and kind hearted individual who would take strides to help and mentor his clients. I contacted Nolan immediately, requesting help. Letting him know my current situation and my limitations. He responded promptly and worked with me so I could better understand workouts that best suited me. The workouts were tough, but that's good. I didn't want easy. I wanted to be the best version of myself as possible. Nolan would contact me frequently and stay on top of me. Reminding me that he was there and giving me advice a long the way. Now, 8 months after my surgery. I'm in better shape than I was pre-surgury. I have more energy and I'm not feeling sorry for myself anymore. I'm a beast and I have Nolan to thank for that. So, simply put. He's the best.
I hired Mariana as a personal trainer about six weeks ago. She is an amazing person who loves her job and is really good at it! She has a lot of experience and a great resume. Mariana is there to cheer you on, and is there every step of the way in achieving your goal.
Working out with Raz has been an excellent experience. He is very professional, respectful, friendly, funny and always on time. I love my workouts, I can tell the difference in the way I feel and look since I started my workout routine. Thanks to Masha I finally quit smoking. She has guided me thru the process so it was stress-free and comfortable. I was a smoker for 13 years. I've quit once for about 11 months but whenever I had a stressful moment during that time I was craving for a cigarette. Masha has tought me consciousness in breathing during unpleasant moments that cause stress. Every time I have one - I practice breathing techniques and necessity for a smoke goes away. We are continuing with coaching as now we are working on my weight problems. I'm gaining consciousness of what, when and how I am eating and drinking and how it affects my body. I highly recommend you meeting Masha and sticking with her - she's the best sherpa you may find.

Pearl is a wonderful teacher. I immediately felt that I was learning from a true professional, not someone who does it to make a few bucks. I felt very confident when I left the class and Pearl was always there to answer a few questions I had the following couple days .... I also had a Reiki session with Pearl and had a wonderful expereince. I could literally feel the energy she was sending into my body, and have felt marked improvement in the areas that were out of balance. I have used a variety of teachers and trainers- Nicola stands out above the rest. She uses a combination of yoga and strength training to cater to my personal needs and really listens. On the days I need more of a work out she challenges me but always ending with relaxation. On those days that I need a little more relaxation she guides me through a sequence that takes me to exactly what I need. She is very intuitive and I rarely have to tell her my needs. She uses essential oils and visualization that makes meditation seem effortless. I highly recommend Nicola for any yoga, meditation or exercise needs!!
I have worked with Daniel Larson as my personal trainer since April 2013. He has really made a difference in how I feel about exercise. It's not so boring anymore! He really does makes it fun to work out! Daniel is VERY knowledgeable in nutrition which goes hand in hand with personal fitness training, so this keeps me in line learning about what to put into my body as well as when! I highly recommend Daniel to any age group for fitness training as he customizes the work out to each person as needed and consistently monitors the progress. Brian has been my personal trainer for over a year. He was very good at motivating me to push hard even on days when I didn't think I could do it. Brian is very knowledgeable with equipment in the gym and what foods and supplements to use or avoid to get the best results. The workouts can be really tough but I saw the results by keeping at it. For losing weight, did combination of weight training with high intensity cardio and Brian told me exactly what to eat and drink before and after the workout to get the most out of the session. I am almost 50 years old yet after a year of training, I feel like 30 years old and feel strong. When you pick Brian as your trainer, he will take care of all the details of what to do and he will make sure you do proper form to get the most out of each exercise. This also includes adjusting the weight based on your current strength level so that it isn't too easy or too hard but challenging based on the reps he is targeting.
Mariana is a really amazing trainer. She always comes to workout sessions with such great energy to put you in a great mood. She pushes you really hard so that you won't give up and you can accomplish your goal in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
