From my experience, reaching my personal fitness goals has always been a challenge. Knowing how to workout, how to eat right, and how to manage my supplementation can be overwhelming, especially when that information is not targeted to my fitness needs and goals. Halston didn't give me a cookie cutter workout program, or a generic nutrition plan. He gave me workouts that are tailored to me, designed for reaching my goals of gaining muscle mass and size. He walked me through an in depth nutrition plan that is designed to help me not only eat healthy, but eat in a manor that keeps my body on track for gaining muscle, for feeling better, and for progressing growth and recovery. He constantly related my goals back to his personal story in order to give me a better idea of how to attain them. His knowledge is substantial, his concern for his clients is always evident, and his passion for helping people improve their quality of life is all what makes him an outstanding trainer, coach, and expert in the fitness and nutrition industry.
I've always been skeptical of going to a gym, being a plus size woman.. however when. Meeting with Brandi and see how dedicated she was to my overall personal health goals, she made me feel super comfortable. The group classes are great because you still get the individual personalized training that you need, and nothing goes unnoticed. Lewis is an exceptional and very knowledgable coach. I'm particular about who coaches me because it's hard to find someone who genuinely cares about my goals and the safety of my body in accomplishing those goals. I had hit a plateau and it was pretty hard for me to gain lean muscle mass, until I came across Lewis! I call him a ' Body Chemist' because he can figure out the problem, solve it, and create a new, much healthier me! I'm thankful to have found Lewis and since I've been working with him, i feel confident, clean and look amazing. If there is any trainer/ coach I would recommend, it's Lewis and I will continue to be a loyal client :)
Tony is dedicated to helping his clients build strength and improve their overall health and fitness. I have worked with Tony weekly for more than a year and have benefited from his guidance. He is a talented and knowledgeable trainer and easy to work with. I appreciate his ability to design workouts that are well matched to my current level of development, challenging without being overwhelming. Henry's enthusiasm is infectious and he LOVES to share his knowledge of physical training and nutrition. His workouts are personally tailored and always include a lot of variety so you never know what's coming and you're never bored! He has a great sense of humor which keeps things light when you're pushing through that last set...he's the man to see if you want to make a difference in your overall health and sense of well being.
John was an excellent and enthusiastic personal trainer with a real focus on the individual. Before my session, John asked me if there were specific areas I would like to focus on. He came prepared with a full set of exercises that not only targeted the multiple areas I had expressed I wanted to focus on, but were also creative...not your typical push-up/sit-up type exercises! But I think most of all what I really value in John's instruction was his attention to detail and form. He gave clear explanations and demonstrated that he has a very keen understanding of body and muscle and how these parts move and strengthen through specific movements and exercises. As a student, I completely trusted John's knowledge of fitness and strength training and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and physicality!
Working with Barry has been outstanding. Not only have I seen great results but have learned a great deal about body mechanics and progressive resistance. I have learned more from Barry than all of the other books, magazines and consultants combined. The results I have achieved have been surprising and amazing. I have been able to consistently increase the weight I lift at every session and have quickly gained muscle at a faster pace than I thought possible. Everyone thinks that in order to make quick progress one has to have a dedicated daily P90x like work out that leaves you feeling beat up afterwards. With Barry's plan of work, rest and recovery I have never felt beat up and have seldom felt post workout soreness. Barry is also able to coach you on diet modifications if needed. He is a very positive person who's goal is for his clients to see results. I unhesitatingly recommend him to all of my friends that are serious about getting in shape.
Christina is a personal trainer, she is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I enjoy training with her. I would recommend her wholeheartedly , especially to those just starting with their fitness goals. I never thought I’d be one to use a health coach, but hiring Tony has turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made recently. For the last five years I have been enjoying one hour weekly coaching sessions with Kim Spruell of Kim Spruell Coaching. Subjects range from relationships, conflict resolution, fear of public speaking along with some healthy lifestyle, fitness and diet tips. Kim is very easy to talk to, is a good listener, stays focus and offers very insightful thoughts and ideas. I listen carefully to everything she says. The hour seems to just fly by. She has been very helpful in providing me an expanded view of things and an improved life in many ways. An excellent value. If I could give Alex more than five stars I would. I had never worked one on one with a coach prior to working with Alex and he has completely exceeded my expectations. Making the transition from CrossFit to powerlifting has been effortless with his help. His influence on not only my physical appearance but also my mental health has been incredible. He is on point with my nutrition, keeping all of my goals in mind, and also extremely intuitive to making changes and fixing numbers with my macros if needed. All my programming is sent well ahead of schedule so as to leave time for any questions regarding my weeks sessions. He is extremely responsive and essentially always available to answer any questions/concerns. Having him in my corner has been incredibly inspiring as well because he is one of the hardest workers in the gym I have ever met and is always offering words of support and congratulations.
