John was an excellent and enthusiastic personal trainer with a real focus on the individual. Before my session, John asked me if there were specific areas I would like to focus on. He came prepared with a full set of exercises that not only targeted the multiple areas I had expressed I wanted to focus on, but were also creative...not your typical push-up/sit-up type exercises! But I think most of all what I really value in John's instruction was his attention to detail and form. He gave clear explanations and demonstrated that he has a very keen understanding of body and muscle and how these parts move and strengthen through specific movements and exercises. As a student, I completely trusted John's knowledge of fitness and strength training and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and physicality!
Henry's enthusiasm is infectious and he LOVES to share his knowledge of physical training and nutrition. His workouts are personally tailored and always include a lot of variety so you never know what's coming and you're never bored! He has a great sense of humor which keeps things light when you're pushing through that last set...he's the man to see if you want to make a difference in your overall health and sense of well being.
Christina is a personal trainer, she is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I enjoy training with her. I would recommend her wholeheartedly , especially to those just starting with their fitness goals. It's very helpful having a coach to keep you motivated and to help ensure your technique is appropriate when exercising. Christina is an excellent coach.

Working with Barry has been outstanding. Not only have I seen great results but have learned a great deal about body mechanics and progressive resistance. I have learned more from Barry than all of the other books, magazines and consultants combined. The results I have achieved have been surprising and amazing. I have been able to consistently increase the weight I lift at every session and have quickly gained muscle at a faster pace than I thought possible. Everyone thinks that in order to make quick progress one has to have a dedicated daily P90x like work out that leaves you feeling beat up afterwards. With Barry's plan of work, rest and recovery I have never felt beat up and have seldom felt post workout soreness. Barry is also able to coach you on diet modifications if needed. He is a very positive person who's goal is for his clients to see results. I unhesitatingly recommend him to all of my friends that are serious about getting in shape.

For the last five years I have been enjoying one hour weekly coaching sessions with Kim Spruell of Kim Spruell Coaching. Subjects range from relationships, conflict resolution, fear of public speaking along with some healthy lifestyle, fitness and diet tips. Kim is very easy to talk to, is a good listener, stays focus and offers very insightful thoughts and ideas. I listen carefully to everything she says. The hour seems to just fly by. Anthony is a very professional personal trainer. I've had the pleasure of him training me several times and each time goals were being reached. Anthony takes his time to listen to my goals and what it is that I want to achieve. He explains the course of action that is best for me and my goals, explains each exercise and makes sure that I'm preforming them right along with making sure I use the equipment correct too. Anthony is a no nonsense type of trainer if I have questions and he doesn't have a answer right away he researches and get back with me in a timely fashion. David held a personal trainer class for myself and a small group of my friends once a week. He inspired me to get my health and fitness back on track so that I felt better about myself from the inside out. When I started with Nikki, I was petrified to go anywhere near the free weights at the gym. I didn't have the knowledge or confidence to do any exercises. Nikki worked to create a plan that worked for me. She modeled the moves and encouraged me every step of the way. Not only did she help give me knowledge to do a wide variety of exercises but she also built up my confidence in going to the gym when as a bigger lady it was easy to feel uncomfortable. If I hadn't moved out of the area, I'd still be with Nikki to this day. You won't find a more positive coach who pushes you to do more than you thought you ever could. Never did the phrase "you can do anything for 10 seconds" mean so much. Nikki is an absolute rock star.
