Latest Review: I have work with Sarah on numerous occasions and I must say she is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with (and I've worked with many). She knows her stuff! I have learned so much from her, from new exercises, to my body's true capability! However, she also knows what exercises I should hold off on doing so I don't hurt myself, and what exercises I can do to progress to the harder ones. Her nutrition advice is incredible as well. Since following her nutrition plan, I am not hungry, and I am not deprived of foods I like, yet I am still seeing results! In addition to her vast array of knowledge, she is also a very personable and kind person. She is lovely to talk to, and makes the sessions go by fast, while still being challenging.
Sarah is the ultimate trainer; A mix of a great personality, knowledge, and she can kick my @$# while keeping me from overdoing it at the same time!
