My biggest concern was that I had 8 knee surguries in my life and alot of times trainers mistake being overweight for laziness. Rob had none of these preconcieved thoughts. He listened and adjusted to my needs to help me meet my goals without sacrificing the hard work that it would take. Every workout left my muscles feeling like I accomplished something but not my knees. Every muscle was sore but did not leave me in fear of the next workout. I will never forget everything he taught me. I will forever be thankful for the choice I made when I picked him. He was willing to help me with my grocery list, ways to cook simple things. He did not just give me a list of foods to follow. He helped me overcome little problems that had huge negative effects like times to eat. This was hard for me because I work overnight 12 hour shifts. People always say 'If I could do it so can you' but Rob actually showed my how. In him I got much more than I expected and for the price of having someone com to your home he is priceless. I have tried several trainers in the past 10 years and none have had the patience or the know how to deal with my physical limitations. To say that I am thankful to have met Rob is an understatement. I have achieved more in one month with Rob than I have in 10 years of working out on my own or with any other trainer. I look forward to more months training with him and to my success story Rob will be the reason that I have a success story to tell.

Ryan Clarke hold excellent bootcamps as well as personal training. I attended one of his bootcamps to try something new. Being that I had never really worked out before he was very patient with me and others while we grasped different types of excersizes he taught us. You can tell he enjoys helping people meet their own health and wellness goals. Great Motivator,Very knowledgeable. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a personal trainer, whether for private sessions, group classes or just to add a little oomph to their workouts, to go meet Randy and Kelli Sims at Signature Fitness. It can be intimidating to walk into a new gym for the first few times, but Randy and Kelli have created a welcoming and family-friendly environment that will make you not want to go back to a regular gym - ever! I started training with Randy and Kelli a year ago and within a very short period of time (and with some nutritional advice) was able to shed pounds and inches and tone up areas that I've never been able to get to by working out by myself. There is also no better way to start a weekend than with a Saturday morning bootcamp!

What an amazing program! I have used traditional trainers in the past and did so so with them. I decided a few months ago to try again and was introduced to Vertex's remote trainer fitness training! It's like having a personal trainer on retention! I told Chase my goals, we had a few conversations about what it was I was looking for then he put together an amazing routine. I went to my own gym after work and with his guidance knocked out my workouts. He answered every question I had and was right there whenever I needed his help. This is the best fitness program I have ever used. It has taught me how my fitness routines should be structured and has set me up for a lifetime of progress, which is exactly what I needed. I wanted to learn, not be told what to do. Think outside the box, this is the internet age and this is the type of innovative fitness training I was looking for. Definitely recommended to everyone who is serious about changing their lifestyle.
I have worked out with Angela for years doing bootcamps, TRX training, & spin. She never disappoints. I joined Bill's Boot Camp in January and in 3 months I have lost 25 lbs and gain muscle and strength. The Boot Camps are great because you can go at your own pace and still be pushed to excel. I have never felt so comfortable in a gym type setting. Bill is very knowledgable and provides a range of exercises to keep the workouts fresh. Bill also is a Dj and he plays he mixes during class and that also helps with the atmosphere of the classes. If your looking to loose weight, tone your body or even strengthen Bill Bennett BootCamps has something for every one.

Blake's Bootcamp Class is really a great training/fitness class to join. I have been going about 3 years and it is just as much fun now as when I started. Blake is a professional and knows his business. I would highly recommend trying it out.
