Their food was awesome while they provided a great service of catering at my venue. I have then on speed dial the next time I need a catering service for the night or at home.

Our experience with Rosemary and Thyme's catering service was wonderful. Jeffrey Sternberg was very professional and timely. His quote and menu selection was the 2nd response we received. Jeffrey was readily available to answer questions, comments or concerns via email communication and telephone conversations. The food was delicious and our "Going Away/Baby Shower" office lunch reception went off without a hitch. Jeffrey personally delivered the food well in advance of our reception. Thank you Jeffrey!

From the first contact to the wedding day The Dancing Palate was fantasist. I was looking for a catering service for my daughter’s wedding and found The Dancing Palate on Thumbtack. Paul came to the house and cooked a sample meal of items that she had selected. After tasting the food, we know that The Dancing Palate was exactly what she was looking for and fit our food budget. We wanted our guest to enjoy the food at the reception. And that’s exactly what happened. At the reception we started with Hors D’oeuvre; Fried Mac & Cheese Balls (a brain storm item), Sweet Corn Fritters, Feta Stuffed Mushrooms and Chicken & Waffles with a Glaze Syrup (a brain storm item). Dinner included; Bread Rolls, Salad, and the guest had a choose of Bleu Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops, Skirt Steak served with Chimichurri Sauce and County Fried Chicken Steak served with a White Gravy Sauce (which was another brain storm item). Roasted Garlic White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans with Caramelized Onions and Almonds. *** Brain storm item…. Items not on his menu but more than happy to for you make. Dessert was done by their pastry chef, Moni’s Sweets Bakery. We went with cupcakes, Vanilla Rum with Buttercream Frosting, for our guest and a small cake for the bride and groom. Guest after guest had high compliments for all food served and for the catering staff. The catering staff had a high level of professionalism. They were courtesy and polite and made sure that our guests were well taken care of. Paul had said that The Dancing Palate would set up and cleaned up without any disturbance to the reception or our guest and that he would provide a high level of service. He and The Dancing Palate did that and much more. They gave us peace of mine in knowing all was taken care of. I would highly recommend The Dancing Palate Catering Service without a hesitation and when planning a party, The Dancing Palate will be my go to catering service. Chef David and his wonderful wife, Margarita, went above and beyond in every capacity. From the very first sit down, we knew something good was cookin’. The food was absolutely delicious! We had more variety in flavors with our meal choices than we found anywhere else. This dynamic duo not only provided a stellar meal that is fancy, French-cuisine worthy, they also helped us smooth out all the extra details that made our day a tremendous success. Working with Chef and Margarita, we were able to brainstorm some wonderful ideas that really added a lot of value to our wedding. They made planning and preparing for the big day so much fun and when the day came, they made sure that everything was taken care of so all we had left to do was relax, remembers our vows, and enjoy the day. Loved this company. Very prompt and completely professional. I catered a breakfast work event for 35 people and everyone commented on how amazing the food was. The food was delivered and setup very nicely. The utensils and plates were also provided. I couldn't ask for better service. Will definitely be using this company again. Chef John did an excellent job catering our holiday dinner! The food was amazing and everyone is still talking about it a week later. We had Chicken Piccata, Prime Rib and Eggplant Parm. The apps and desserts were really good too! They were on time, set the display up very nicely with décor and all. And for pick up, they were there when they said they would be and it took less than 10 minutes. Overall a great experience and we will definitely use them again!
