I Have been working with Julia for close to a year and a half. I am 52, very active and love to exercise. I have had many trainers over the past 15 years. Julia by far is the absolute best. I say this because from day one after evaluating me she pinpointed exactly what i needed to work on just like a mechanic does when working on a car. In my case, I needed to strengthen my core, my legs and my overall flexibility, and drop some LBS. She helped me begin this process by working through a three set circuit including (but not limited too) Planks, Mountain Climbers, Lower back, lunges, Glute bridge and many many more. Over time I felt an extreme difference in my body posture, how I bend, more toned, decreased weight and toned abbs due to the hard Abdominal work and improved eating habits. Lastly, I have a torn rotator, Julia convince me with proper Rehab I could avoid surgery. She has invested the time in helping me rehab and through this, my shoulders have never felt better. Overall I feel great and can promise all of you Julia can help you become the best you be in terms of your goals. You still have to invest the time and effort and eating habits but Julia can help you get there. I highly recommend her if you want to look and feel great this summer. David Altman

I have been training with Julia for the past year. My daughter originally introduced me to her and indeed she also still trains with Julia and I have not looked back. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently forty-nine) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Julia is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. I would recommend Julia in a heartbeat as a trainer. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with her help for a long time to come.

Julia is really wonderful to work with and only after a couple of sessions, I know she is the right person for me to commit to working with for the next several months. Here's why: - Her method is something that is sustainable. I am a little sore but just sore enough where I know I worked out but not completely debilitated. This is good since I see her every other day. - She does not rely on equipment and we use light weights and resistance band sometimes. This is great because I can take what I learn from her and if I have to travel, I can keep up on my own. - She's to the point but has a lot of empathy. This is important when you want to make a big change in your life. If you are on the fence, just try a session with her and I promise you won't be sorry :)

I really like the working out with Julia, it’s not just boring weight lifting or cardio exercises, she’s mixing it up. Always listening to your needs, and want to push you to your potential. She’s also pay attention to the stretching exercises after intense training.
