I was looking for self defense training in order to learn how to protect myself. I found Onyx Fitness Training and it was one of the best decisions that I have made! They went over basic jiu jitsu and striking style techniques and I noticed that my core is a lot stronger! They were very nice and welcoming. I really enjoy training here! They also have a full gym for weight training as well! I am more excited than ever because not only am I learning self defense, but I am seeing drastic changes towards my body as well! Working with Julian on endurance/strength training has been very beneficial and exactly what I was looking for in a trainer. He always arrives early and is focused during the sessions. He recognizes and corrects poor body mechanics and explains the reasoning behind having the proper technique. Julians passion for his work reflects in his training and I would highly recommend him for beginner to elite athletes.

Nolan is a highly intelligent fitness expert, he knows his stuff. He helped me develop a training training regimen developed towards my needs. He also helped me develop a meal plan that really made an impact on my energy levels, training, and muscle gain. He was also able to do this from long distance through email and text, he routinely checks up on my progress and gives me pointers!!

I just started training with my Svetness Trainer - Georgi and so far it has been a good experience. I am now dedicated to set exercise routine and diet plan. My trainer checks on me on a daily basis. So far so good.
I started working with Pedro with my unique needs. Pedro has trained me in the gym as well as aquatic training. I can already see improvements in core strength as well as cardiovascular endurance. He has a great demeanor. He will push you to achieve results. I highly recommend Pedro for personal training.
Fantastic! I have been working out in the gym for over 25 years. I was in a car accident seven years ago and stopped working out. I gained 75 pounds and Lost a lot of functionality. I didn't think he could do anything to help me, and I didn't think he could show me anything I didn't know. I was wrong on both counts ! He has me doing from fetal movement combined with strength training and I'm feeling a little better. SHe is enthusiastic about her job, and is an excellent motivator. She pushes me just enough. She is amazing for many reasons: 1- She is a woman , so she understands me in my bad days. 2- She encourages me throughout 3- Its not only about the training sessions for her...she msgs to see how r u doing and I think is really nice from her to do that. 4- Thanks to her I am really comited to my training and to reach my goals. 5- I used to think that exercises will be boring and She changed my perception. I've been training with Verena for about 3 month now and I'm very happy. She is very pleasant and attentive to my needs. Workouts are different every time and they go by fast. I get a good workout that doesn't repeat itself.
I love Jennifer and her approach. She's not just about the scale, the pounds, and the looks. Jennifer geniounly cares about her clients' wellbeing and that includes physical and mental fitness. You have fun working out with her. She pushes you while you always at the same time know and feel that she's got you. She takes care of you. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable not just in the field of physical fitness, but also when it comes to mental support & wellbeing, motivation, and nutrition. I even trained with Jen via long distance. She went above and beyond and created a video for me in which she demonstrated and explained the different exercises. I could do this workout everywhere which was super practical while traveling and after I had moved to the west coast. I lost 20 pounds in two months on her program while also watching what I ate. But I credit her training and more even her spirit, her inspiration, and her support with helping me stay on track when it came to my nutrition and clean eating as well. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough & can't wait to be in the same city as her again to enjoy a session with her. Thank you, Jennifer, for your help & guidance. You rock!

I absolutely loved my first trial session with Kaizen Training! First of all we organized it within a few days and thankfully he could accommodate his time I could train. We discussed my goals and put together training plan that tested my abilities! During the session he was very attentive to my strengths and weaknesses and I felt very comfortable throughout the class.

I have initiated a fitness program more than 2 years ago because Kannel showed me the benefits of strength training. I am a certified Health & Nutrition Coach who was allergic to gyms. I truly believed that if I went training I would transform in the woman Hulk. 2 years later when she finally got her certification I could not pass the opportunity to be trained by this passionate and dedicated fitness woman. Kannel possess the unique ability to make you work in your routine and finish it. It is as if you are climbing Mount Everest, and when you are done training you surprisingly find yourself at the top. If you really want results, regardless if you like exercising or not, this is the best trainer who never let go of your hand
Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training. Legendary Fitness are well organized and provide a clean, welcoming environment with equipment for all my needs. Both, the one on one sessions and the group classes are very creative (Ive never get bored!) plus I get a custom diet designed to meet my personal goals. The exercises along with the constant drive and motivation from my trainer are intense but he keeps the classes fun as I feel myself getting stronger both physically and mentally. We review my diet, training and goals very often. I am very satisfied with Legendary Fitness and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in enhancing their physical and psychological well being.
After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
