Needed to unclog bathrooms drainage. Sebastian started to say plumbing was wrong without even looking at his camera. Then, climbed to the roof, set the camera and said drain is clogged and due to the plumbing being terrible done he was not able to unclog the drainage. Removed the toilet and tries with camera and same, unable to unclog due to plumbing being terrible wrong. He decided not to go to main drainage in the backyard. Then left saying he would provide me a report as per my request. Was at home for 3 hours and charged us $450 ($350 for 2 hours, $150 per hour. A few hours later another plumber came and unclogged the drainage within minutes. Talked to Sebastian and only refunded $100. This is not a fair nor good service. Very disappointed.

I called Dade-County Plumbing and received a prompt response from Brian. He was extremely professional and scheduled an appointment to see me the very next day. I had an older toilet that was running and leaking nonstop. Brian basically took out all the guts and rebuilt the insides. This toilet runs like new! I also needed two faucets in the master bathroom replaced and he did a great job installing them. I’m most impressed with the quality of his work and the passion he has for his profession. I would recommend him and use him for all my plumbing needs.

Domingo came to my place in May 2014 to fix some plumbing. We were under house renovation and he ended up fixing other things as well: fixed a bathroom vanity, installed a microwave, moved an electrical outlet, installed some shower heads, installed mirrors, patched a wall, installed a few bathroom titles, installed window shades, and cleaned and sealed driveway and patio floors. If you are Looking for someone that knows how to do more than one thing -- Domingo is your guy. He was knowledgable, honest, easy to communicate with and friendly. I highly recommend him! I also believe he knows how to install floors!

After living in our home for more than 37 years we needed the kitchen faucets for hole replaced and Brothers plumbing did that and while they were there showed me all the rust under the sink so next week they’re going to install a new sink for me and we had a new toilet replaced in a bathroom again almost 40 years old next week. We’re scheduling them to finish the fixtures in that bathroom. I highly recommend they’re so neat. They tidy up after themselves. They lay down rugs to protect your floors. No stinky mess went right to work. Didn’t waste a lot of time knew what they were doing. I wish everybody was like that.

We hired Rush Plumbing 24 LLC. SERVICE & REPAIRS through Thumbtack to fix and replace a vanity inside a bathroom. Unfortunately, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. We paid USD 6500 for the work and made the mistake of paying in advance. After one month, the job was still not done, and we had to run after Mr. Adriel, the person in charge, for each update and to get pictures by email. The communication with the company was very poor, and they were unable to update us in a timely manner about the progress of the job. Mr. Adriel always had excuses for the delays, such as elevators not being available or firemen blocking access, which seemed like excuses to avoid doing the work. The result of the work was okay, but not impressive, especially considering that the high price did not even include tile replacement. To make matters worse, recently Mr. Adriel disconnected his phone number (lost, broken anyway there is always an excuse), making any contact nearly impossible. This only adds to our frustration with the company and the lack of professionalism they have shown us. We want to make it clear that any comment to this review would be just another excuse, as our review is purely based on the facts of our experience with Rush Plumbing 24 LLC. We hope that our review will help others in making an informed decision when choosing a plumbing company. Overall, our experience with Rush Plumbing 24 LLC was very frustrating and disappointing. We would not recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable and timely plumbing services

5 star service all around. Dade-County Plumbing came out for a complimentary consultation to get a better idea of my project and gave me a quote based on what they saw, rather than many who quote something low then add to it as they get into the project. They arrived on time and adjusted for schedule changes on my end. Quality of work was 10 out of 10 and they were very clean and took all trash and old bathroom items that got replaced with them. I am happy to have found my plumber of choice moving forward!

I wish that were more stars and qualities that I could add. Not only did Dr. Dre plumbing do an outstanding job moving my pipes to accommodate a middle versus right offset sink, he installed my 60 inch vanity. While it sounds simple, it was really quite complicated. I never considered how that piece would fit through the door and into my tiny bathroom. Andre stayed with the job until he figured out how to make it happen. He made everything look beautiful. Absolutely amazing!!!

Hired them for plumbing and a shower conversion. Originally spoke to Stephen, who was very nice. At some point he left the company and starting dealing with Luis Arias and Isabel in there "office". At this time its been 1 month without being able to use my bathroom. The tiles came out horrible... the gentleman they hired for that part of the job did a very bad job. I asked Luis Arias to come out and I showed him the tile work. Now I cannot get anyone to call me back, or come out to finish the work.

I had a bathroom installed by a handyman about a month ago that started leaking. I reached out to a few plumbers on thumbtack and met with one that told me I had a very serious problem and quoted me a high price. I did not feel comfortable or felt like I can trust this individual. I called Dave’s 21 and spoke with Shimon and he asked me to send a picture of the problem and he said this is not “ serious” and sent one of his guys who was punctual and professional and he took care of the problem at less than half the price than I was quoted from the first plumber. If you want to deal with a professional, reasonable trusting company, call Dave’s Plumbing and speak with Shimon , you will not be disappointed!
