Martel Services were very responsive to my request. They arrived early on the day of the installation of the new hot water heater and worked diligently to remove the old hot water heater. The hot water heater is located in a small space so it took awhile to remove but once removed it took no time for the installation of the new hot water heater. Once installed everything worked perfectly. I’m very satisfied with Martel Services.

Scott came to check out our water heater since we weren't getting enough water pressure in the upstairs showers. He said the water heater was top of the line and running well so no work was needed. Instead he opened up the flow on some of the upstairs showers, thereby increasing water pressure. He was friendly and professional and I would hire him again.

Jose was TERRIFIC! Initially he came out and did a FREE estimate on my malfunctioning water heater and he was very respectful and honest. He couldn’t repair the heater but he gave me a proposal to replace it one price to purchase the heater and install and one price simply labor. I purchased the heater on my own and called him to install. His labor price did NOT change and he came the next day after request. He made it earlier than my appointment time and completed the work! After the heater was installed about 2 days later o had an issue with the water pressure, Jose came back although he knew it had nothing to do with the repair and confirmed we need to change the faucet and shower head and went over a few things we had questions about. We truly appreciate the time and patience he had when explaining everything from the water heater to the water pressure, FULLY RECOMMEND!!

Our water heater started leaking this (Saturday) afternoon. Ariel from All Pro agreed to meet us at our local Home Depot to pick out a new unit. He was on time and he worked hard and well to install the new water heater. His price was so low we felt guilty not to be able to pay him more.
