Stephanie Coleman says, "Outstanding Plumbing Installation ExperienceI had a hot water heater and garbage disposal installed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.Joseph was extremely knowledgeable during the assessment and installation planning process. He went above and beyond by recommending that the team reposition and replace some of the existing piping to bring it up to current standards. What impressed me most was that the cost of the additional piping reconfiguration was comparable to another estimate I received that did not even include those improvements, providing excellent value for the investment.Alex and Joseph, the installation team, arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and exceptionally polite throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they paid close attention to detail. When the job was complete, they left the work area cleaner than they found it.I highly recommend Joseph, Alex, and their team for anyone looking for quality plumbing work, professionalism, and exceptional customer service."See more

Peter R. says, "I can’t say enough good things about Antonio at MP Home Services. He responded within minutes of my initial Thumbtack inquiry and committed to coming out early the very next morning to evaluate the problem. I already knew we were probably looking at a pretty big job because we were dealing with VERY old pipes. Once Antonio assessed the situation, he arranged for another plumber to join him and they got to work that very same afternoon. What impressed me most was that, despite getting started so quickly, this was absolutely not a rush job. Antonio and his colleague took all the time necessary to make sure everything was done properly, and Antonio kept me informed every step of the way. They were professional, thorough, responsive, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I sincerely hope I don’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, there’s no question who I’m calling. I recommend Antonio and MP Home Services 1000%!"See more

The first attempt to unclog the drain pipe didn’t work. They tried various other things until they unclogged the drain pipe. Great job!l

Paul was responsive and prompt to my request. It was expensive and unfortunately it was a temporary solution to my plumbing problem. Fortunately a family member just replaced the drain pipe for me and my problem is solved. I’m thankful for the service available in a time of need.

Brian did an excellent job in fixing up my drain pipe after I had attempted to unscrew a hose off of it. He showed up on time, was upfront about the job to be done and had great work flow.
Will use this plumber again and will recommend.

$600 later and I still had a leak under the bathroom sink. Wanted to charge me over $1,000 to also replace the pipes inside the wall. If you hired them to do the job on the weekend they charge you an additional $150, the pipes were replaced and it happened that the problem was misdiagnosed. It was the rubber seal under the drain. After getting a second opinion, the job should have cost no more than $250 and the pipes used were not the correct ones, according to the second opinion obtained, they should have used DWV fittings for sink waste arm.
The “plumber” had to come to my house 3 times and yet the leak was still there.

Roberto came at the time he said he would, and took care of the heavy clog in the kitchen sink by snaking the drain. He took the time to use the smaller auger first to protect the pipes, and if it didn’t work, he would go with the 1/2”. The smaller one fixed it. He also adjusted the kitchen faucet on his own initiative, no charge. Roberto left everything clean when he was done. I would call him again.

We had a leaking drain pipe in our kitchen, that had caused mold on the drywall. Brian you as able to find the source of the leak after some time and stop it. It was not a simple job and Brian kept after it until the job was done. He has followed up with us twice afterwards to ensure the leak had stopped. I would definitley hire Dade-County Plumbing again for any other plumbing needs we have and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

The service had significant issues in several critical areas:
Drywell executed poorly.
Cleanup pipe left in the middle of the street.
Shut-off valve: replaced inadequately, left inoperable against the wall, and did not fulfill the requirement to leave the installation ready to connect the sink of the kitchen cart. The contractor also took the old valve without my consent.
Job debris placed in the property’s trash bins without securing them and without my permission and without following recicling trash rules.
Attempted use of a toilet flange to cover a gap between the drain pipe and the kitchen cart floor, showing lack of professionalism and consideration, despite having hired the team three consecutive times.
The price of last project was communicated late, while work already in progress, despite having requested it the day before, and there was pressure for immediate payment.
Overall, the quality of finishes and consideration for the property and client were insufficient. While the cleanup was completed correctly, the rest of the work demonstrates that the team needs significant improvement in execution and client care.

BEWARE DO NOT TRUST! Very disappointed that I trusted Dariel. I called him because one of my apartment units had water coming from underneath the LVP floor in the kitchen. The first thing I asked him was to check the AC closet and make sure it wasn't leaking and water was running underneath the LVP and surfacing in the kitchen (AC closet is next to the kitchen and doesn't have LVP so any water that accumulates on th tile floor will go under the LVP). HE said he checked and it was dry and the drainage pipe was clean. He said the issue was with the cast iron drainage in the kitchen and I explained that the kitchen drainage was replaced with PVC and only the front of the unit and the bathroom still had cast iron. He then started badmouthing the work that was done in the kitchen 3 years ago and that the cast iron is cracked and that's why it's leaking. He said I have two options 1. Use a snake to clear the drainage and he could do it for the 3 units in the building or 2. Tear down the wall and floor to replace the cast-iron pipes.
I went with option 1 because I would do that unless I was completely sure it needed to be done. He charged $450 to clean the drainage with a snake and I said OK and didn't even try to haggle because I trusted he was being a professional and he had made a proper diagnosis. 1 day later I get a call from the tenant saying the issue still persists, so I went and called someone else because something didn't feel right. The other person went and the first thing they noticed was that the AC closes was wet and the AC drain pipe was clogged. They proceed to fix it and there is no more leaking issues.
Very disappointed that I trusted Dariel and his company. Not only did he get the wrong diagnosis after I specifically asked him to check the AC but he proceeded to charge me for a service that was not needed and wa trying to push for a bigger teardown if the issue persisted.
I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt after the behavior that the tenants described and the diagnosis give by the other person that went after the issue persisted. I called him to ask how he had missed the AC problem when he claimed he checked it, he was very defensive and claimed I was offending him since I ask him to refund me part of the money because he was deceitful, and he said the only way he would give me any money back was if I met him in person. I don't live in Miami and considering how confrontational he was behaving even if I lived in Miami I wouldn't have accepted to meet. Considering how I paid him via zelle and not in person I found it very odd what he was suggesting; I didn't even want all the money back just part of it.
I lost $450 with a dishonest indivual/business but he lost more business opportunities with my properties. I would not recommend because of the dishonesty shown and the lack of professionalism.
