- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is currently at a highly discounted rate and applies to your ENTIRE 1st month of training. No hidden extra fees! Limited time only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is establishing goals and creating a roadmap together to achieving these goals. Next, we schedule our first session and coordinate a body composition test. During our first session we'll conduct a movement screen to gather information about our initial baseline and any physical limitations. After we have this information, I construct a detailed individualized training program to pave the way to our success. Lastly, we get to work and fall in love with the process! We reassess periodically to ensure progress is moving at the rate we want it to.
