I purchased a new dual flush toilet and a bathroom sink faucet at Home Depot and found Calello Plumbing through thumbtack.They were the furthest plumbers away from me but quote was lower than people two miles from me.They were on time,message when coming,very polite,had it installed in less than half hour, took all the old away for me and boxes the stuff CAME in and charged exactly what they quoted to the penny.i would reccomend them to anyone and will use them in future for any Plumbing needs i require and already got a quote for a remodeling job moving kitchen and quote once again was way less than i.had expected.....please give these GUYS a call keep them in business because they are hundreds of points above all their competition.

What a strange experience this was. I described my project as installation of sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher and said that we had the items themselves, but not the connection plumbing. We booked an appointment to get the work done, and Tim and another man showed up and reviewed the job with my husband. He then said he needed to go "buy parts." One minute later, he TEXTED me that the job was "more involved than he thought, and not for him." Seriously, ran away and texted! When I replied that this was rather unprofessional, he replied that i had misled him on the job and that he would have to spend too much on parts. What? A professional would have explained (in person) that the job was more involved than he expected and that parts would be in addition to the quoted amount. I don't know what the real story is here, but now I have to wait another week for a new plumber. I would suggest that "Advanced" Plumbing may want to reconsider their company name.

Be prepared to hire another person to repair the damage left behind from this installer. They cut out the drywall and did not replace it, leaving it behind in my bathtub. They removed my bathroom cabinet, leaving it in my floor, blocking my path to the tolite. This was supposed to be an installation of an electric tankless water heater, that they installed in a crawl space. They also gave me an estimate for plumbing installation of a washer/ dryer unit, but changed the estimate, after acceptance of job, adding an additional $2,000.

Installed two new toilets and removed the old ones for a fifth of the price another company quoted and for barely more than a third company wanted to charge me for just an estimate. A big box company wanted to charge me more for one installation than I paid for both. The price was unbeatable. The gentlemen were very friendly and stayed to answer a few of my questions about unrelated plumbing matters before leaving. Very glad I went with Bmos.

Shawn did everything right, just as his profile states, he does the job the way he would expect it to be done if he was hiring someone. We discussed the project, he got right to work and was done at the time he said it would be, leaving everything clean and tidy. Couldn't be more pleased. What a refreshing change from some Past experiences, When the plumber says, "I'll be there on Tuesday", better be sure to establish WHICH Tuesday. Not So with Shawn. He was there when he said he'd be there, he did exactly what he said he would do, In the time he told me it would take, and at the price he said it would be. What more could a person ask for? Shawn is punctual, courteous - removing his shoes at front door-professional, thorough, mindful of details, honest, dependable, personable, and best of all, reasonable. His quote was slightly higher than final charges- a really pleasant surprise! Have already hired Shawn for another project and plan to keep his number handy for long into the future. Wholeheartedly recommend Shawn for all of your plumbing projects.
