They were running a bit late, but they were very good at letting me know and keeping me updated about it. They did a great job edging my lawn, considering I have a wire fence in the front and let me know any adjustments to my price as it arose. Will definitely be hiring again.

I am 79 years old and Leslie became my trainer about a year ago. She listened to me and adapted my training to my physical status. When I first came to her I was not walking well but as time went by I became more confident and people at the gym remarked how much better I was walking. Noah was very professional and always on time for our training sessions. He always pushed me to keep going everytime i got tired. Anytime time he noticed an exercise was a bit too much for me he scaled it back, he was very attentive. He also helped me with my diet by emailing me a meal plan and recommendations that he thouht would take my training to the next level for the best results. Noah is a great trainer and i will recommend him to anyone i know that's looking for a trainer.

Training with Conner has changed my Life! I am able to keep up with my 2 sons, a 17 year old & a 35 year old, on the Raquetball ball court and mountain biking, on some of the most daunting, blue & black trails, in the southeast! And I am 53!!! Connor B Rocks!!! If you are even thinking about getting into better shape and you live in the Brandon Riverview or Tampa area, you should take him up on his free trial workout! He will get done, in 45 mins., what would take someone on their own, probably 2 plus hrs. That’s what I like the most, as I have a very demanding sales management position and I do not have a lot of free time. I go in, get in a Great workout, head to work to start my day, in a much better mind set. Training with Conner 3 times a week has also improved my work life / Sales Numbers, as well!!!
