"Bill and Karen are a dynamic duo. They came through with every request I made. Bill kept me on track with the planning as the wedding came closer. They even stayed at the same resort so they could be available to me at any time or hour. They fought for us with the vendors when they saw or caught something that I didn't! My only complaint or feedback would be to be more careful of what is said in earshot of guests and in what tone. Overall a wonderful experience and I'm soooo happy that I hired Sunshine Weddings. Also shou tout to their assistant, she is dedicated and even scraped her knee for the good of the wedding music. Thank you!!"

After a year of planning and the wedding quickly approaching, boy did we start feeling the pressure! We wanted to hire a wedding coordinator just for the "day of" but weren't quite sure our budget would allow it. We carefully thought it through and decided we really needed someone and began our search. We found Susan with What Really Matters, Inc. and it was a wonderful experience! She was so much more than a "day of coordinator!" She helped us so much with her creative ideas and caring attitude and started as soon as we contacted her! Not just on our wedding day! We are so happy we found her and can't thank her enough for making our special day so amazing!

We hired Annabelle to bake, deliver, and setup the cupcakes at our wedding. It was a large order with several different types of cupcakes. Annabelle was very friendly and helpful. She worked with me alot on the flavors and decoration of the cupcakes and decoration of the stand. She was by far the most cost-effective choice in the area, and after several taste tests, we thought her recipes were the best. The only thing that I would do differently is ask her to label the different flavors on the cupcake stand - since there were so many flavors and no one was sure what was what. Besides that, though, everyone loved the look and taste of them and we got alot of compliments. Highly recommended.

"Is the wedding planner your friend?" This is the best way I can convey how wonderful Paige of Forever Events was. Two guests asked me if Paige was my friend because of how well she managed our wedding day and how lovingly she took care of us throughout the day and evening. She's responsible, dependable and best of all enthusiastic. She is solutions-oriented and takes her timeline very seriously — two things we especially appreciate. Throughout the planning phase, Paige aligned us with vendors who would meet our needs and make our vision a reality including our caterer, DJ, officiant and makeup artist. She also suggested money-saving options. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with a professional with a heart.

Jennie did an amazing job, she worked well with my budget and brought my dream to life. My wedding was picture perfect thanks to her beautiful floral arrangements. Being from out of town, made planning a wedding a nightmare, but Jennie made it such a breeze, I sent her some photos of what I wanted and she made it happen. She kept in contact with me, updated me with anything to help me. I will recommend her to anyone looking!

Heather and her staff coordinated my wedding welcome dinner. We had a destination beach wedding and had only visited the area once before. Living 1900 miles away….all of our correspondence was via email, text and calls. She even offered to facetime. We wanted to do a welcome dinner for all of our 85 guests that were coming to the area as an extra thank you. We wanted mostly to highlight why we chose the area and Heather made it perfect. She used her knowledge and resources to prove that our destination was a true paradise! From suggestions, to working hand in hand with all staff and creating a menu with our caterer and us, to hiring bartenders and creating a custom bar, she handled every detail all while including us. We paid for this ourselves so we had a budget. She made sure that all of the food & even the drinks made it appear that we “went all out” when we really hadn’t! We had a 5 star event on a 3 star wallet. I cannot begin to tell you how many people talked more about that event than our actual reception (YIKES LOL). The thing I think that we loved the most is that she is fun! You never feel stressed. You never worry, you feel like you are truly being taken care of in a light hearted and trustworthy way! I felt like we had known her forever but never felt that she was unprofessional at any time, it was just flawlessly natural. Thumbtack is great but your search is over my friend! You have found your event planner at its finest. Have a blast because Heather won’t allow you not too. She is worth every red cent😊

I use the services of Jackson-Coley production and events to coordinate my wedding reception. And, Valencia outdid herself. My colors were black and white with just a little touch of red. I had black and white ostrich feathers in tall splendor vases that had a light on the bottom of the vase that was centered on mirrors with red rose pedals tossed on top of the mirrors. It was gorgeous. The tables were covered with black table cloths and white toppers. Valencia worked within my budget and kept me informed every step of the way. She was extremely professional and always delivered on time. I would highly recommend her services to bring a touch of class to any event large or small. She comes as your event planner and leaves as your friend.

If you want to have a perfect and personalized ceremony, go with Beautiful & Blessed Beginnings. Donna and Robert immediately felt like family after our first meeting. Our ceremony was better than I even imagined. Donna added all these suprise personal touches. Everyone I talked to, even two of our guests who are officiants, said it was the best ceremony they'd ever witnessed. There wasn't a dry eye in the room. My best memories from our wedding day were from our ceremony. Donna puts thought, time and love into every word she speaks. She is one of the kindest souls I've ever met. They were flexible on scheduling meetings, helping us with vows, offering marraige counseling and even help when some of our other vendors fell through. We had another officiant lined up originally, but they fell through. God does everything for a reason, because we both feel so blessed we had Donna to do our ceremony. I would recommend Beautiful & Blessed Beginnings to anyone and everyone. They are such special people!

The food was outstanding! All of the guests at our wedding were very pleased and we heard no complaints. The staff was very professional. We were a little disappointed at how quickly they packed up and left. We were also a little disappointed that they didn't leave any food for us to have a plate after everyone was gone as we, the bride and groom, were to busy with our guests to really get a chance to eat. I would definitely recommend Char-Don Catering to anyone and would definitely use them again for any other event!!!
