The turn-over from my property`s former manager to Uptown Property Services, LLC required more work than I had originally expected. Minor repairs to the home had been neglected during the past year and the taxes were left unpaid for almost 3 years, which I had no idea of until I had finally switched to Uptown Property Services, LLC. Stacy Garcia is doing her best to resolve past issues, such as securing the tenant`s deposit that wasn`t given to her at the time of the turn-over and has offered to help us with the back-taxes that we must pay by March 31, 2016. There is also the maintenance issues that the tenant would like resolved as well. There is also and extra lot behind the house that Stacy was kind enough to take photos of for me, because I had an idea that the former manager is still using the property for storage. We had also hoped that possibly that lot could be rented out should there be a tenant who is interested. Stacy is working "Above and Beyond" what is required of her and now with her help, we will be able to get right back on track to where we want to be with our rental property.
