Unlike any other trainer, Max sat down with me and he listened, he showed me what I needed to do to get the physique I have ALWAYS wanted . He designs specific nutritional guidelines based on your body type, he directs you to the proper vitamins and protein supplements as well as organic options and meals. The best part is that no matter how frustrated you become with yourself, he still motivates you! He helps you keep that positive insight so you are determined to keep going. I am finally looking back in the mirror and amazed at what I see for the first time in my life. Now I am able to sleep better,I feel more energy and walk around with confidence!!! I always loved the 7 years+ training, Jeffery Montalbano provided for myself and my 2 children Whether it was weight training, boot camp or jujitsu Jeff always kept us in shape in a energic, healthy and fun way to train I started with Jeff years ago as a suggestion from my orthopedist I was having such back trouble, the doctor was telling me weight training was my only hope. Jeff should of gone the route of med school. He provides such knowledge in what he does and truly has the skill and drive beyond the definition of a personal trainer Also,his passion for children is what makes his talent for what he provides, second to none.
I have been working out at Chris' Boot Camp for about 10 months & have never been one to stick with any kind of exercise but I actually look forward to it now. Chris puts together an hour's worth of challenging exercises and somehow, we all get through them together. I am always sore & I know that I am getting a total body workout. I enjoy the group setting as well. The whole group is so upbeat, fun & motivating at 6 am!
Dana trained me for more than a year in a boot camp program. I had been involved in the program previously, but Dana really provided motivation and enthusiasm the likes of which I have never seen. Rosalinda does an excellent job in keeping your workouts varied for individual sessions. It is never the same exact workout (and I have been with her for 6 months now). I like that it is varied and that she keeps me accountable and motivated - these are things that I would not have otherwise working out on my own. She also does boot camps on Saturdays in which she workouts with the people who attend. Her prices are affordable and she is a great trainer!
I have been going to Will Power Health & Fitness for over a year and absolutely love it! Will is tough, but accommodating. Pushes, but knows your limits. He is not afraid to stretch you out of your comfort zone to promote change in your body and mind. I never thought I could do some of the things I do in boot camp. My experience working with Asperlando was a great one! I participated in a small group-boot camp and it did me a world of good. All throughout we were educated on good body mechanics during exercise and got excellent alternatives to help us with better nutrition. He is a great motivator and gave practical advice to keep us encouraged. I lost weight and was amazed that I could be so consistent with adding exercise into my routine. Working with Asperlando was the first time I enjoyed exercise.
